As Brand Manager, you are a key driver of our brand strategy. You are responsible for the continued development of Wastberg+ and ensure a clear and consistent brand presence. With a strong interest in design, architecture and detail, you translate our understanding of Good Light into clear and consistent brand communication.

Your job

• Implementation and further development of the brand strategy and brand identity
• Ensuring consistent brand management across all touchpoints (online & offline)
• Analysis of market trends, competition, and target groups
• Planning and implementation of international marketing activities
• Responsibility for content marketing, campaigns, and brand communication
• Organization and implementation of trade fairs, events, and product launches
• Control and monitoring of campaign budgets and marketing costs
• Analysis of KPIs and performance evaluation of campaigns
• Close collaboration with sales, creative team, and product management
  
  

Your Skills

• Solid education in marketing, communication, or similar (e.g. university)
• Several years of experience in marketing and project management
• Strong interest in design, architecture, and brand
• Proficient in social media, newsletter tools, and websites
• Willingness to travel in an international environment
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality with a high implementation strength
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar tools is an advantage
