Due to business growth, we are recruiting a Project HR Assistant to join the team in Madrid.


What this job involves:

The Project HR Assistant will be required to support the on-site team whilst undertaking the smooth running of all company documentation operations.

  • Assist with the operation of projects as identified by the Senior Projects Manager.
  • Day to day office management, ordering supplies, answering incoming queries, project payroll.
  • Creation of document templates.
  • Conversion of information from projects team into user friendly documents.
  • Control of all documentation including numbering and labelling for identification and reference, scanning, copying and distribution to team and stakeholders, document tracking to maintain confidentiality, review, and revise as and when required.
  • Liaise with the Group HR Manager for HR queries, concerns and legislative updates.
  • Remain up to date with all legal compliance for both the project and HR compliance, liaising with the Group HR Manager on labour law changes.

The Project HR Assistant will have:

  •  Proven experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of local labour law.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A comprehensive ability to communicate in Spanish. Bilingual Spanish/English would be advantageous
  • Filing and organisation skill
  • The ability and tenacity to challenge the status quo.
