A dynamically growing company selling lighting and electrical equipment throughout Europe is looking for dynamic people with experience in finding and interacting with suppliers and manufacturers, as well as experience in managing sales channels, entering new markets, and launching new business lines.
Our company needs dynamic development and increasing the number of suppliers. We are actively entering the sale of new product categories (home decoration, paintings, interior elements, and furniture) and we are looking for people who can launch a new line of business and support its development.
We need people who will tell us and do what we cannot do or who make it more effectively than we do. That is why we are looking for diverse, dynamic candidates with a technical background, for whom it should not cause any difficulties to go from idea to technical implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Searching, communicating, and concluding contracts with new suppliers and manufacturers
- Attracting new sellers and building B2B sales channels.
- Interaction with third-party services and marketing platforms in all EU countries.
- Periodic updating of warehouse inventory balance and product positions.
- Updating and monitoring advertising campaigns for goods from suppliers and manufacturers.
- Setting a task for developers to improve and optimize sales results, present information, and modify files for marketplaces.
What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications):
- Experience in negotiations, defending your position, and skills in persuasion of counterparties to change the terms of standard contracts
- Collaborating with suppliers to prepare files and materials for products sold in the required formats.
- Selection, and systematization of goods according to specifications and sales parameters.
- Development, evaluation, and implementation of new sales channels.
- Monitoring, adjustment, and optimization of costs when working with suppliers.
- Search for new logistics and transport companies. Building supply chains to reduce costs and reduce the time of delivery of goods to customers
- Skills in handling and structuring large files and unstructured data. Skills in Python, Java, R will be a big advantage.
- Good reading and writing English skills.

Important multinational Group is looking for a Group Financial Analyst for their new Center of Excellence in Madrid. It is a Corporate role based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have around 5-6 years of experience in Controlling/ Financial Analysis in a multinational group. We will also value candidates who have worked 2-3 years in a Big 4 or Accounting and have currently been working minimum 2-3 years in the Controlling & Reporting department of a multinational company. Experience in HQ/ Regional HQ/ Cluster will be a plus. Experience managing several countries/ business units will be very desirable. Experience with consolidation and reporting tools is a must. Very high English level is a must. Excellent Excel and Power Point skills are a must. Experience working with SAP, Qlik, Tagetik, or similar, will be a plus.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Support the Head of FP&A and Head Group Controller by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making.
- Enhance and develop new reports in Tagetik and drive BI tool solutions (QlikSense and Sharepoint) to improve processes and drive automatization.
- Perform month-end closing activities incl. proper financial analysis on actuals vs. budget and prior month forecast.
- Ensure timely submission of legal entities reporting packages and according to Group standards. Support entities in reporting related issues.
- Be the Group's point of contact for reporting matters in Tagetik and provide training to legal entities worldwide.
- Actively support in the Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
- Perform various ad-hoc reporting requests to ease group financials understanding.
- Monitor and control HQ Cost Centers and CAPEX spending.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
- The ideal candidate will have around 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling in an important multinational group, preferably in HQ/ Regional HQ/ Cluster/ SSC, or similar.
- We will also value candidates who have worked 2-3 years in Big 4 or Accounting, and have currently been working minimum 2-3 years in the Controlling & Reporting department of a multinational company.
- Previous Big 4 experience will be a plus.
- Experience managing several countries/ business units will be very desirable.
- Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel) and strong knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Consolidation & Reporting tools as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar, is a must.
- Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and business application tools will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Tagetik, QlikView / Qliksense, Power BI, or similar reporting applications, with experience in report building, will be a plus.
- Very high English level (written and spoken) is a must.
- Analytically strong person with high energy to drive for result.
- Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks and processes.
- A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude.

- Salary package: Around 50.000 - 60.000 euros fixed salary + bonus.
