• Ejecutar los trabajos manuales de segunda transformación de la madera.


• Realizar el montaje de los bastidores.


• Asegurar la impermeabilización de las piezas mediante la aplicación de los productos establecidos al efecto.


• Atornillar y encolar las piezas de madera.


• Manipular los elementos metálicos y de poliestireno para la ejecución de las estructuras de escaleras.


• Manejar el toro mecánico (carretilla) y el puente grúa.


• Leer e interpretar los planos elaborados por el departamento técnico.

• Experiencia en lectura e interpretación de planos.


• Experiencia previa trabajando en linea de producción


• Carné de carretillas (valorable)


• Conocimientos de la madera y su comportamiento (valorable)

Desde la empresa Lingum Tech buscamos un/a Fontanero/a para nuestra fábrica ubicada en Cuenca.

• Lectura de prototipos y diagramas para comprender o planificar la disposición de fontanería, eliminación de residuos o sistemas de suministro de agua.


• Corte, montaje e instalación de tuberías y tubos atendiendo a la infraestructura existente (p. ej., cableado eléctrico).


• Ejecutar las tareas de montaje e instalación de aparatos sanitarios, bañeras, duchas y grifería.


• Localización y reparación de fugas e la instalación de tuberías y en líneas de suministro de agua.


• Reparar o sustituir líneas de drenaje rotas, drenajes obstruidos, grifos, sanitarios, etc.


• Asegurar la impermeabilización de las piezas mediante la aplicación de los productos establecidos al efecto.


• Instalar sistemas sanitarios y de eliminación de residuos con sistemas de drenaje, desagüe y ventilación que funcionen correctamente.


• Respetar las políticas de calidad, medio ambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales.

- Experiencia previa como Fontanero/a realizando las funciones descritas en la oferta por un tiempo superior a 3 años

Mission

Your mission will be to organise the means for the execution of the work, ensuring compliance with the planning, budget, quality, health and safety, as well as the introduction of improvements in the production processes associated with the execution of the construction of the solar park that will take place in Belinchón, Cuenca.

Responsibilities

Management of the contract with the subcontractor and supervision of the works in terms of quality, time and cost.

Coordination of the works with the different subcontracted companies.

Review and approval of the contractor's certifications and actual measurements executed.

Reception and organization of materials, meeting areas, workshops, etc.

Planning and organization of the process and mechanics of the works.

Organization of work spaces, maneuvering, storage, loading/unloading, workshops and access to the site.

Control and organization of work groups and assignment of tasks to operators.

Verification of compliance with the work schedule and established quality standards.

Supervision of the testing and start-up phase of the installations.

Proposal of procedures, materials and techniques for the execution of the works.

Compilation and preparation of all the necessary documentation for the process of obtaining the CAP

Job Requirements

FP2 training or university degree with specialisation in Electricity.

PRL course of 60 hours with certificate

Knowledge and handling of AutoCAD and MDT

At least two/three years' experience in this position

Your Mission will be supervise the execution of the assigned works on site, in coordination with the work planning carried out by the Civil Production Manager.

The location of the project is Belinchón, Cuenca.

Responsibilities

• Control the subcontractor's production, verifying and validating the units executed for the preparation of the corresponding certifications.
• Control the quality of the subcontractor's execution, carrying out inspections in accordance with the Inspection Sheets (PPI/Check lists) filled in by the subcontractors as they carry out their work.
• Supervise the commissioning tests
• Reviewing all technical documentation issued by the subcontractor.
• Approve the planned shutdown points during the various activities carried out by the subcontractor for the continuation of the work.
• Drawing up non-conformity reports when necessary or reporting to the Production Manager for the opening of such reports.
