Company Description

Oterra is the global leader in naturally sourced colors for food, beverages, dietary supplements, and pet food. With over 140 years of expertise, we believe nature got it right the first time. Join our fast-growing, international team and help us make natural, healthy food accessible worldwide.

Join Oterra as our Europe Regional Demand Planner and play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction! We're searching for a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable demand plans.

While this role is offered as a 12-month maternity cover, we see it as a great opportunity to join the business, build your network and experience, and potentially explore other internal opportunities that may become available during or following the assignment.

You'll be the architect of our long-term demand forecast for our Europe regions, partnering closely with our sales team to challenge assumptions and build robust projections. This isn't just about numbers; it's about leading our S&OP demand review process and seamlessly integrating executive-defined constraints to achieve optimal inventory levels and outstanding OTIF results.

Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with diverse teams across regional sales and global supply chain. While you'll report to a global manager, you'll operate with significant autonomy, driving the European demand planning strategy. If you're a skilled analyst with an unwavering attention to detail and the ability to confidently defend and align plans using data-driven insights, this is your opportunity to directly influence our operational success and contribute to Oterra's continued growth in the European market.
