We are looking for our next Receptionist in our offices in Coruña, our Head Office.

This Receptionist position is part of the People & Culture Department and will be based in our offices in A Coruña.
YOUR MISSION
Reception, management of the Executive's schedule and associated administrative tasks.
Position Responsibilities
- Screening of phone calls
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Restocking supplies in common office areas
- Organizing and managing the executive’s agenda, keeping the calendars of a pool of managers up to date
- Preparing meetings and committees
- Handling phone calls (national and international) and correspondence
- Organizing travel arrangements
- Performing administrative tasks
- Drafting letters, reports, and presentations
- Filing and processing correspondence and documents
Academic Background:
Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Superior) in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
Experience:
2 years in international executive departments
Language Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English (other languages such as German are a plus)
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office)
TRISON WORKING & ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS
- Permanent contract
- Flexible Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Intensive schedule on Fridays from 08:00/9:00 to 15:00/16:00.
- Intensive working hours throughout August.
