Your missionGuest Service Agent at REMS

SummaryThe Guest Service Agent is in charge of ensuring a perfect guest experience by: communicating, welcoming and assisting them during their stay, while ensuring the quality compliance of the properties.

He is also responsible for reporting to the Property Managers and Property Leaders.

ResponsibilitiesGuide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).

Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).

Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).

Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).

Cover the reception of the guests in our office.

Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.

Conditions and BenefitsLocation: Malaga historic center.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1 hour break.

Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month.

Night shift: 00:00 to 08:00 am.

Evening shift: 16:00 to 01:00 or 17:00 to 02:00.

Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 30H/ Week.

Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.

Days off: 2 days per week.

Salary: Between 20,500 EUR and 25,500 EUR annually.

Your profileSkills And QualificationsGood writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).

Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.

Having strong customer relationship capabilities.

Good knowledge of Andaluca is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities...).

Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Center´s Auto, importante grupo empresarial, especializado en el sector de la postventa de automoción, precisa incorporar en Pulianas, en su auto-centro dedicado al mantenimiento integral del vehículo, un asesor de servicio/vendedor.

• Recepción, asesoramiento y venta a clientes de los productos o servicios ofertados por la empresa.


• Atención telefónica y personal a clientes.


• Gestión de citas, organización y planificación de la agenda de taller y mecánicos.


• Elaboración de presupuestos y cierre de ventas de productos y servicios del taller.

• Se valorará especialmente aquellas candidaturas que aporten:


• Alta orientación al cliente y cuidada imagen.


• Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos.


• Con conocimientos en mecánica, automoción o gestión de repuestos para talleres.


• Aptitudes comerciales (empatía, escucha, proactividad y dinamismo...)


• Dominio de ofimática.

• Incorporación inmediata a un grupo profesional consolidado y líder en el sector de la automoción.


• Plan de carrera y crecimiento profesional.


• Contrato laboral de 40 horas /semana.
