Como técnico especialista en entornos industriales, perteneciendo al departamento de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento se busca candidato para gestión de proyectos, mejoras en sistemas de control, PLC's, etc. Será responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y programas a su cargo así como estar en contacto con proveedores.

Responsabilidades principales

• Gestionar y proponer proyectos de mejora en la planta.
• Realizar la inspección y el mantenimiento rutinarios de los equipos bajo su responsabilidad
• Solucionar y resolver problemas de mantenimiento de manera oportuna y eficiente.
• Preste atención y respete en todo momento las directrices, protocolos y sistemas de seguridad.
• Prestar apoyo y asistencia a otros técnicos de mantenimiento cuando sea necesario.
  
  

• Formación técnica profesional electrónica o Ingeniería
• Conocimientos de programación de PLC's
• Experiencia en entornos industriales productivos > 3 años (preferible alimentación).
• Resolución de problemas muy valorable
• Conocimiento de herramientas LEAN, muy valorable
• Experiencia gestionando proyectos
• Inglés básico B1 muy valorable
• Residencia en la zona y vehículo propio

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

Gestionar y liderar al equipo comercial y al personal de operaciones de la delegación.
Establecer contactos y acuerdos con grandes cuentas, supervisando las contrataciones realizadas por el equipo comercial.
Coordinar y garantizar la correcta ejecución de los servicios, cumpliendo con los procedimientos internos y la normativa vigente.
Analizar el cumplimiento de objetivos, implementando medidas correctivas ante desviaciones.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y diseñar estrategias comerciales para maximizar los resultados.
Representar a la empresa en reuniones y eventos relevantes del sector.

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos en el sector servicios, seguros, sanidad u otros similares.
Disponibilidad horaria, tanto presencial como telefónica, para atender las necesidades del equipo y los clientes.
Permiso de conducción y disponibilidad para desplazarse por la provincia.
Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y resolución de conflictos.

Descripción

Strategy:

• As a trusted proactive member of the site leadership team, help shape the long-term strategy of the site.
• Execute financial strategy in alignment with the manufacturing site and group strategy.
• Liaise with key external and internal stakeholders across the Group, satisfying their informational requirements in accordance with agreed deadlines to aid quality decision making.

• Preparation of Month End Trial Balance.
• Supervision of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Functions.
• Balance sheet management along with monthly accrual review.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and taxation regulations, both locally and internationally as required.
• Risk Management.

• Monitoring internal controls.
• Management of planning and execution of annual external audit.
• Drive continues internal control improvement across the organisation, insuring best practice processes inline with all internal audit procedures and recommendations.
• Supervision and review of external payment processes.

• Define and ensure timely delivery of periodic (weekly, monthly, etc) financial reports to measure performance vs budgets, targets, etc.
• Preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet commentary vs. Budget and forecast, with relevant analysis.
• Cost management: Work with Budget owners to monitor costs vs Budgets and to proactively manage the cost base of the business.
• Put in place KPIs to manage the business effectively and ensure the timely delivery of those KPIs.
• Ownership of annual budget process.

• Oversight of operational finance function.
• Manage the investigation and explanation of all labour and material variances.

• Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Set clear team goals and monitor performance through KPIs and regular feedback.
• Plan and delegate work assignments effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to team members to support their professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.
• Act as a liaison between the team and management, ensuring smooth information flow and quick resolution of issues.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize team performance.
• Track and report on team progress, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.

• Business Partnering: Ensure the Finance function equipped to provide best-in-class support to the Commercial and Operations functions, providing high quality financial information and insights to inform and underpin the management and control of the business.
• Talent Management and succession planning: Drive the creation of development plans for all individuals within the European Finance team to enable them to grow within the roles, and to create a talent stream for the broader organisation.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• University Degree in Economics, business Administrations, or similar.
• Master in Finance would be a plus.
• Qualified Accountant.
• Professional Working English, or above.
• Experience operating in Finance management role at least 5 years, with proven financial control experience.
• Thorough P&L and COGS understanding.
• Track record of Team development - assessment and development of talent.
• Good team player with highly effective and engaging communication and interpersonal skills.

¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?

• Salary package: Around 70.000 - 90.000 euros fixed salary + bonus.
• Final offer will depend on the skills and experience demonstrated along the process.
