Como técnico/a de Relaciones Laborales, realizarás las siguientes funciones:

🔹Necesarias para realizar el circuito completo del trabajador en la relación laboral con la empresa.

🔹Altas y bajas en seguridad social, contratos, nóminas, gestión de seguros sociales, mecanización de incidencias de absentismo

🔹Tareas relativas a la gestión de bajas médicas.

🔹Finalización de contratos.

🔹Aplicación e interpretación de distintos convenios colectivos

🔹Gestión de impuestos aplicando la normativa vigente.

🔹Así como las gestiones necesarias en el circuito completo del trabajador en la relación laboral con la empresa.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

🔹Estudios universitarios relacionados: Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo, Derecho o ADE

🔹Experiencia laboral previa: 3 años en puestos laborales con alto volumen de gestión.

¿Dónde desarrollarás tus funciones?

Principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar el área de Control de Gestión, coordinando y desarrollando al equipo.
• Analizar desviaciones entre producción, previsiones y resultados reales, identificando riesgos y oportunidades.
• Participar en la elaboración del presupuesto anual y en la planificación financiera.
• Elaborar y presentar informes de rendimiento financiero y operativo para la toma de decisiones.
• Evaluar márgenes, costes y rentabilidad por producto, proponiendo mejoras de eficiencia.
• Supervisar el control de inventarios y la gestión de inversiones (CAPEX).

Perfil que buscamos:

• Grado en ADE, Economía o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de control de gestión, con experiencia liderando equipos.
• Alta capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
• Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
• Experiencia en SAP, Power BI u otras soluciones de Business Intelligence.

The selection process
In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject.

If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours.

We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times.
