The Factory Automation Business Unit at Siemens is seeking a Team Assistant.
As part of the Siemens Digital Industries division, we are leaders in driving innovation in industrial digitization and automation. To support our Global Center, we are now opening a Team Assistant position.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate schedules and organize meetings.
- Prepare documentation for negotiations and maintain communication with international partners.
- Support the team in arranging business travel (flights, visas, insurance, accommodation, etc.).
- Manage attendance and asset administration (records of attendance, vacation, sick leave, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Communications, IT, HR, Purchasing, and others.
- Completed secondary education.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliability, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in an international environment is an advantage.
