Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services (www.protecnium.com/en). We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in Mérida, Badajoz, Extremadura.
- Starting Date: September 15th 2025
- Contract: Permanent, through Protecnium España.
- Language and Level Required: English, High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Must)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, 2 hours of lunch break between 2 pm and 4 pm. 100% office based- (Friday afternoon is remote)
- Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support for various vacancies across heavy civil construction projects in Spain and internationally—including the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada—as needed.
- Assist ongoing hiring processes through foundational tasks such as posting job openings on sourcing platforms, screening resumes, conducting language filters, and identifying potentially qualified candidates for active searches.
- Support with administrative tasks such as:
- Updating the candidate database and the ATS constantly.
- Prepare and refine CVs, ensuring consistent formatting and alignment with company standards.
- Any other that may arise.
- Developing and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for various areas and positions, addressing both short- and long-term staffing needs.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field.
- Some experience in Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR softwares.
