Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Project Manager, located in Castellón de la Plana. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing automation projects from start to finish, coordinating resources and schedules, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and functionality standards. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of automation systems, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and timelines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automation systems as they arise.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and their application to automation systems.
- Proficiency in Automation and Process Automation with a solid understanding of relevant technologies.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of automation-related projects.
- Experience in working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and related hardware/software integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in automation projects and managerial roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly recommended, alongside other applicable languages.
