Position: Sales and Marketing Manager (B2B, Jewelry Sector)
Location: Córdoba, Spain (primarily on site, with partial remote flexibility)

René Scheerer Joyeros S.L. is a specialized jewelry manufacturing company based in Córdoba, Spain. Under the brand renescheerer, we offer full in-house production, technical consulting, and white label solutions for premium jewelry brands and jewelers across Europe. We stand for precision, reliability, and top-tier quality, trusted by established names in the industry.
Your Role
In this newly created and dynamic position, you will lead the expansion of our client base and strengthen our brand visibility. Working closely with the founder and our production team, you will help position renescheerer as the preferred partner for high-end jewelry production in Europe.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as brands, designers, and jewelers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Support the preparation of offers and manage the onboarding of new partners
- Represent the company in virtual meetings or selected industry events
Marketing and Social Media
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Develop engaging content that highlights our craftsmanship, processes, and brand values
- Create sales materials, presentations, and visuals in collaboration with our team
- Strengthen the company’s positioning and visibility in the European market
Your Profile
- Experience in sales, marketing or social media, ideally in a B2B or creative industry
- Strong interest in jewelry, design or craftsmanship
- Independent, well organized and proactive working style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- German is a strong advantage, Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to work primarily on site in Córdoba with some flexibility for remote work

Important
This position requires regular on-site presence in our Córdoba facility. Remote work is possible for selected tasks but cannot replace in-person collaboration.
