Power BI
The Product Operations Specialist plays a key role in bridging strategic planning and operational execution within the Product Management team. This position ensures that product decisions are supported by robust data analysis, well-structured processes, and efficient coordination across departments. The mission is to enable the creation and launch of commercially successful, operationally sound, and strategically aligned collections—maximizing sales, margins, and market relevance through continuous analysis, forecasting, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Commercial Analysis
- Monitor and analyze product performance during each commercial launch to inform future decisions.
- Prepare strategic briefings for the Design team, combining past-season performance with data-driven recommendations to optimize future collections.
- Create and manage seasonal forecasting models to guide production planning, demand prediction, and cancellation decisions.
- Conduct cost and pricing analysis (cost vs. PVP) to maximize margin.
- Analyze P&L by category (seasonal and yearly) to ensure profitability control.
- Evaluate seasonal color and feature performance to ensure product relevance and consumer alignment.
2. Sales Operations & Launch Coordination
- Coordinate sales samples for global sales showrooms and conventions.
- Manage seasonal product launch timelines and deliverables across departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product-related information for commercial tools and support documents.
3. Data Management & Systems Optimization
- Monitor and report sell-in data by line, option, channel, and market to ensure accuracy and performance tracking.
- Conduct consumer profile analyses and drive data optimization efforts.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools using POWER BI, CENTRIC, and SAP—adapting insights to the needs of various roles.
- Lead or co-lead (with the BT department) AI projects linked to product management and buying.
- Provide system training and user support across relevant stakeholders.

Reporting Line
- Reports to: Head of Product Management & Buying
Main Stakeholders
- Internal: Product Department (Product Director, Head of Product Management, Buying Manager), Commercial Department.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of AI tools and strong interest in data-led innovation.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI) and enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Centric).
