Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director – Southern Europe, this position will be responsible for the P&L and performance of our Spanish market, overseeing a business that generates more than €100 m a year in revenues. Working primarily on the PokerStars brand, you will also oversee operations for our Betfair business in Spain, providing strategic guidance and day‑to‑day decision making as part of their leadership team too. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will focus on driving commercial performance and improving the customer experience, leading a multi‑vertical team across Customer Value Management, Content and CX, Product and Proposition Development, Customer Care and Compliance. You will also work closely with the Marketing Director for Southern Europe to ensure we have an integrated and credible plan for customer acquisition growth. What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Country Oversight
- Full P&L ownership for PokerStars Spain, setting out clear goals and strategy, in line with our ambitions and targets for the market.
- Develop and implement a credible plan for achieving those goals, covering key business levers around Promotions, Marketing, Customer Operations & Product Development.
- Drive effective resource allocation, balancing adherence to strategy and plan with short-term performance trends and targets.

Como Gestor de Cuentas VIP, serás responsable de construir una relación personal con clientes seleccionados que ya hayan superado los criterios de sostenibilidad y riesgo de Juego Responsable.
El cliente debe percibir un trato hecho a su medida y la comodidad y confianza de tratar cualquier tema con su Account Manager, incluyendo, entre otros, juego responsable, bonos, ingresos y origen de fondos. Además, este puesto implica ofrecer a los jugadores VIP un amplio servicio integral y personalizado que abarca la resolución de incidencias, gestión de bonos, relaciones y hospitalidad al asistir a eventos en vivo.
El objetivo es que el Gestor de Cuentas VIP se convierta en el punto de contacto y haga de enlace entre la empresa y el cliente. Esto implica una combinación de responsabilidad social y juego responsable, que tiene que ir unida y alineada a la gestión comercial y objetivos de Entain.
Como Account Manager, es primordial establecer relaciones con los clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas, correo electrónico, chat. Con el objetivo de fortalecer el vínculo cliente-marca y fidelizar la exclusividad de Entain como única sala en la que el jugador participe.
Asimismo, el Account Manager debe ser capaz de asistir a estos clientes en eventos en vivo, interactuando con ellos y facilitando un buen ambiente durante los mismos. Es de suma importancia que el Account Manager comprenda que ejerce de embajador e imágen de la marca frente a nuestros jugadores.
Por ello, tanto su conducta personal así como aspecto y vestuario durante eventos en los que atiende a los jugadores debe ser impecable en todo momento.
Tus Responsabilidades Incluirán
- Desarrollar una relación proactiva y personalizada con los jugadores asignados.
- Asegurar que las solicitudes regulatorias se completen cuando sea necesario.
- Participar en la estrategia del equipo de gestión de cuentas para impulsar el crecimiento, fomentando la fidelización hacia la marca.
- Llevar a cabo todas las interacciones de Juego Responsable y Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales con los clientes de la cuenta siempre que sea posible.
- Identificar posibles nuevos clientes VIP mediante el análisis y la elaboración de informes diarios de negocio.
- Gestionar y resolver incidencias o disputas garantizando que el cliente se sienta valorado.
- Trabajar como parte integral del equipo de gestión de cuentas para influir en la actividad del jugador con el objetivo de maximizar la retención.
- Asegurar una comunicación clara dentro y fuera del equipo para ofrecer un servicio líder a nuestros clientes y proporcionar información relevante a los equipos de producto y marketing.
- Coordinar con el equipo de hospitalidad la organización de eventos y optimizar la experiencia de hospitalidad; asistir a dichos eventos con tus clientes.
- Garantizar que el espíritu del Código de Conducta se siga y se respete en todas las interacciones con los clientes.
Requisitos Obligatorios
- Mínimo de 1 a 3 años de experiencia gestionando clientes VIP en entornos de juego online o en otro entorno similar centrado en el cliente, con historial comprobado en la gestión de cuentas de alto valor.
- Español nativo.
- Se valorará un buen dominio del inglés
- Experiencia demostrable en análisis e informes de ingresos de clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión de relaciones interpersonales. Emapatía hacia los socios que gestiona como Account Manager
- Flexibilidad frente a las necesidades de sus clientes (métodos de contacto y horas preferibles de contacto) y buscar siempre la excelencia gracias a la mejora contínua.
