Perfil con experiencia en la coordinación y redacción de proyectos arquitectónicos residenciales y hoteleros.

Requisitos

Titulación superior en arquitectura.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional.

Dominio de nivel experto de herramientas de diseño.

Dominio de nivel experto en Revit.

Coordinación con diferentes consultores externos (estructuras, instalaciones, etc)

Aplicar e interpretar normativas urbanísticas y etc.

Persona responsable, proactiva, organizada y metódica.

Dominio de español e inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.

Atención al detalle y enfoque en la excelencia, con una mentalidad orientada a cero errores.

What you'll do

The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

Providing strategic administrative and project management support for Pol and the Team

Processing and managing personal emails and calendars

Scheduling internal and external meetings

Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of Pol as appropriate

Setting up eSignature documents and ensuring proper completion

Initiating and completing orders and purchases

Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses — extra bonus if you find the best deals

Planning and executing various team events and off-sites

What you'll need

A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Highly proficient in Google G-Suite Apps

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Catalan, and Spanish

Genuine interest in startups, technology, or the creative world

Willingness to learn fast and take ownership from day one

Nice To Have

Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role — if you've done this before, even better!
