Underwriting Opportunities - French Market | Acquinex | Part of PIB Group Acquinex is expanding its European underwriting platform and building out a dedicated team focused on the French market .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial business at a pivotal stage of its European growth.

We are seeking talented individuals at all levels, from Junior Underwriters to Senior Underwriters, to play a key role in underwriting complex Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), tax, title and contingent risk policies across French and cross-border M&A transactions.

You will work closely with brokers, legal advisors, and corporate clients to deliver bespoke insurance solutions that support deal execution and mitigate risk.

Whether you're developing your technical skills or leading on complex transactions, you'll be part of a highly collaborative and experienced team that values both precision and creativity.

As part of Acquinex, you'll contribute to: Assessing and structuring a variety of transactional risks.

Supporting the full underwriting process from submission to policy issuance.

Building trusted relationships with brokers, advisors, and clients.

Contributing to market development and underwriting strategy for the French market.

Mentoring or learning from others within a supportive, high-performing team.

Helping shape Acquinex's European growth journey within PIB Group What We Are Looking For We are interested in speaking with professionals who have a background in underwriting, M&A, corporate law, tax advisory, or a related transactional risk field.

You may already be a Senior Underwriter looking to take on broader leadership and market responsibilities, or an early-career professional from a legal, business or financial background seeking to step into the transactional risk space with a desire to develop your career in underwriting.

You will likely bring: A strong understanding of French M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, or tax structuring.

Experience in analysing risk, drafting policy documentation, or managing deal processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.

Fluency in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).

A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Som IMAGINA, agència líder a xarxes socials a Catalunya.

Desenvolupem projectes per a marques que van des de la definició i implementació d'estratègies digitals, campanyes creatives o esdeveniments.

Treballem amb clients com Barcelona Activa, Generalitat de Catalunya, Saba, Bluespace, etc.

Sobre la posició: Busquem ampliar l'equip a la nostra oficina de Barcelona amb un/a Social Media New Business amb experiència en agència .

És un projecte a llarg plaç.

Un/a jugador/a d'equip responsable, organitzat/da, proactiu/va amb un excel·lent nivell de català, parlat i escrit.

Què faràs?

Seràs el/la punt de contacte amb potencials clients, generant relacions de confiança i a llarg termini.

Detectaràs oportunitats i prepararàs les propostes comercials (normalment estratègies de social media) per convertir-les en projectes.

Crearàs, desenvoluparàs i validaràs accions i estratègies digitals.

Elaboraràs pressupostos i presentaràs/defensaràs propostes comercials davant de client.

Faràs seguiment del pipeline , reportant resultats i aprenentatges.

Valorem especialment una actitud resilient , orientada a objectius i amb gran capacitat d'organització i priorització.

Què busquem?

Experiència demostrable de 3 anys en gestió de projectes (account manager) de social media .

Important tenir experiència amb pressupostos/propostes econòmiques, haver tancat clients o noves propostes i haver confeccionat estratègies de Social Media o digitals en general.

Grau en Periodisme, Publicitat i RR.PP.

, Màrqueting Digital o similar.

Anglès a nivell de poder-se comunicar amb facilitat amb possibles clients de fora.

Estar al dia en tendències de l'entorn digital, aportar noves idees i tenir visió estratègica.

Excel·lents habilitats comunicatives, d'organització i planificació i de gestió del temps.

Persona enfocada a objectius i resultats, capaç de treballar en múltiples projectes simultàniament.

Què oferim?

Contracte indefinit amb un període de prova de 6 mesos.

2 dies setmanals de teletreball (dimecres i divendres).

22 dies laborables de vacances a l'any dia d'aniversari Sant Publicito 24 i 31 de desembre.

Juliol i agost, jornada intensiva de 35 hores setmanals.

Flexibilitat horària d'entrada i sortida.

Projecció futura i promoció del talent intern.
