Dar soporte jurídico a la organización mediante la elaboración, revisión y seguimiento de contratos, así como el asesoramiento interno, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, con especial atención a
protección de datos (LOPD/RGPD)
y coordinación con interlocutores en

Principales responsabilidades
Elaboración, revisión y seguimiento de contratos de
servicios, seguros y convenios de colaboración
Redacción de informes, dictámenes y notas jurídicas.
Asesoramiento jurídico interno a diferentes departamentos.
Apoyo al área comercial en negociaciones, ofertas y licitaciones.
Análisis técnico-jurídico de contratos con proveedores y partners.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la LOPD y RGPD (imprescindible)
Coordinación y comunicación con equipos y entidades en
francés
Presentación de escritos ante organismos públicos, cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos imprescindibles
Grado o Licenciatura en
Derecho
(o Derecho y ADE).
Experiencia mínima de 2 años
en un puesto jurídico similar.
Conocimientos sólidos y experiencia en LOPD / RGPD (OBLIGATORIO)
Francés nivel B2/C1 – IMPRESCINDIBLE

Funciones
Dentro del departamento de IT Security la persona formará parte del equipo ofensivo con las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Llevar a cabo análisis continuo de superficie de ataque, identificando activos expuestos, servicios mal configurados, tecnologías obsoletas y cambios no autorizados, correlando hallazgos con riesgos reales de explotación.

Experiencia
- Pentesting ofensivo (web, infraestructura, cloud) con dominio de metodologías como OSSTMM, PTES o MITRE ATT&CK, incluyendo explotación real, desarrollo/ajuste de payloads y uso avanzado de herramientas como Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Impacket o frameworks de red team.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Dar soporte jurídico a la organización mediante la elaboración, revisión y seguimiento de contratos, así como el asesoramiento interno, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, con especial atención a
protección de datos (LOPD/RGPD)
y coordinación con interlocutores en
francés
??
Principales responsabilidades
Elaboración, revisión y seguimiento de contratos de
servicios, seguros y convenios de colaboración
Redacción de informes, dictámenes y notas jurídicas.
Asesoramiento jurídico interno a diferentes departamentos.
Apoyo al área comercial en negociaciones, ofertas y licitaciones.
Análisis técnico-jurídico de contratos con proveedores y partners.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la LOPD y RGPD (imprescindible)
Coordinación y comunicación con equipos y entidades en
francés
Presentación de escritos ante organismos públicos, cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos imprescindibles
Grado o Licenciatura en
Derecho
(o Derecho y ADE).
Experiencia mínima de 2 años
en un puesto jurídico similar.
Conocimientos sólidos y experiencia en LOPD / RGPD (OBLIGATORIO)
Francés nivel B2/C1 – IMPRESCINDIBLE
(entorno profesional).
Alto nivel de redacción jurídica y capacidad de análisis.

Funciones
- Recopilar y analizar información de amenazas desde OSINT, dark web, feeds comerciales y telemetría interna.
- Identificar actores, TTPs y patrones de ataque para evaluar riesgos y anticipar posibles incidentes.
- Generar inteligencia accionable mediante informes y recomendaciones para apoyar decisiones de seguridad.
- Automatizar tareas creando scripts y herramientas para procesar, filtrar y enriquecer datos de amenazas.
- Desarrollar e integrar sistemas internos con SIEM, SOAR y plataformas de Threat Intelligence como MISP u OpenCTI.
- Validar y enriquecer IoCs y amenazas mediante análisis técnico, sandboxing y verificación de actividad maliciosa.
- Colaborar con equipos defensivos y de respuesta aportando contexto, detecciones y apoyo en ejercicios de threat hunting.
- Generación de reports operacionales, táctictos y estratégicos.
- Analizar vulnerabilidades identificadas por herramientas de escaneo y fuentes externas, correlándolas con inteligencia de amenazas relevante.
- Priorizar vulnerabilidades mediante criterios de explotación activa, disponibilidad de PoCs, campañas observadas y alineación con TTPs de actores.
- Mantener y mejorar procesos de threat-led vulnerability management, reduciendo falsos positivos y enfocando recursos en riesgos reales.
- Integrar datos de vulnerabilidades con plataformas TI y sistemas de riesgo para apoyar decisiones de remediación.
FORMACIÓN: Ingeniería en Informática/Telecomunicaciones/Matemáticas/Física o similares como certificaciones oficiales.
Experiencia
- Entornos de Threat Intelligence.
- Plataformas de Vulnerability Management.
- Plataformas Linux/Windows/MacOS/Cloud Públicos.
- OpenCTI.
- Conocimiento en herramientas OSINT así como distribuciones Linux.
- Conocimiento en scripting y automatizaciones en lenguajes como Python.
