YOUR MISSION 🚀
Transform a "Personal Brand" into a "Top-Tier Media".
You lead the Content Factory not by administrative management, but by creative authority. Your goal is to produce content that is so good, unique, and aligned with our values that it makes our competitors look outdated.
Your 4 Major Responsibilities
- Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy
- Build a symbiotic strategy where David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization.
- Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that shatter the boring codes of the "Self-Help" industry.
- Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
- Radical Concepting & End-to-End Delivery
- Take responsibility for the entire production chain by writing the hooks, storyboarding the narrative, and ensuring the final cut matches the vision.
- Deliver what you pitch: if your concept requires a specific motion designer, a drone operator, or a niche expert, you find them, hire them, and onboard them to bring the vision to life.
- Treat David as the "Actor" on set: you ensure scripts, set, and direction are flawless so he can just show up, perform, and leave without any mental load, trusting you to handle every detail of the final output.
- Command the Content Factory
- Take full leadership of the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers…) by setting the tempo, the culture, and the daily standards of excellence.
- Provide high-level artistic direction and act as the final quality check; nothing gets published if it doesn't meet the "Paradox Standard" of aesthetics and storytelling.
- Challenge the team to constantly upskill, pushing them for sharper cuts, better sound design, and stronger visual storytelling.
- Fuel the Growth Engine
- Treat content as our primary acquisition channel by collaborating with the Head of Growth to produce assets specifically designed to convert in Ads.
- Analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate based on feedback, killing what fails and aggressively scaling what works.
Experience
- Proven Content Builder: You have successfully grown a media brand, a YouTube channel, or a personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). You understand the mechanics of virality and retention.
- Editorial Leadership: You have experience managing a creative team (editors, designers) and know how to give feedback that elevates a "good" video to a "masterpiece."
- Elite Scripting Skills: You can show us scripts you wrote that performed. You know how to structure a narrative, write a hook that stops the scroll, and keep an audience engaged for 20+ minutes.
- Performance Fluency: You have worked in environments where content had to drive business results (ads, launches, conversion), not just vanity metrics.
- Intolerant to Mediocrity: You have "Taste." You are physically pained by a bad font, a clumsy cut, or a weak headline. You fight for the details that others ignore.
- Psychology Obsessed: You don't just "make content"; you study human nature. You constantly ask why people click, why they share, and what emotion drives them.
- A "Doer" with Authority: You command respect not by title, but by competence. You can jump into a project, write the script, direct the shoot, and fix the edit if needed.

Job Description:
The candidate will join the Health Management and Predictive Analytics team and will contribute to the development of Health Management systems in several platforms (FCAS, A400M, PATMAR, SIRTAP, ED, Hurjet, etc..) participating in the following activities:
- Lead systems engineering activities in order to specify, develop, integrate, qualify and certify health management systems in accordance with Airbus Defence and Space standards.
- Be responsible to define HUMS architecture, acting as HW/SW analyst for the development of Big Data on-board.
- Have the ability to identify the activities of the development life cycle that are necessary to develop a system/product and provide the level of confidence which is consistent with regulation and program requirements.
- Gather customer requirements for its analysis and incorporation in the product.

- Experience in on-board hardware and software equipment design life-cycle and supplier management.

6. CONDICIONES LABORALES
Marco horario flexible: de 8:00-9:30 a 17:00-18:30h horas, jornada de 8 horas, con disponibilidad y flexibilidad para atender las necesidades del servicio. Jornada intensiva de 8:00h a 15:00h del 1 de julio al 1 de septiembre. Jornada viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h en modelo de teletrabajo durante todo el año. Teletrabajo adicional de 2 lunes al mes.
Incorporación inmediata y contrato indefinido.

Desde nuestro equipo de Administración de Personal buscamos una persona líder en movilidad internacional, experta en el análisis, asesoramiento e integración de las distintas normativas legales y convencionales, tanto a nivel nacional e internacional enfocado al área de la práctica en Administración de Personal ( Payroll, Tax, Social Security, etc ), velando por el cumplimiento de los requerimientos necesarios de los desplazamientos de nuestros profesionales, alienados siempre con las directrices de firma.
Debe ser una persona resolutiva, dinámica y con capacidad para coordinar equipos propios de trabajo, y alta habilidad comunicativa y de asertividad para mantener relaciones interdepartamentales con equipos multidisciplinares de diferentes perfiles de firma, tanto a nivel de negocio como áreas corporativas para conseguir un resultado exitoso del área.
¿Cuál es el reto?
- Gestionar y adaptar los procedimientos de movilidad internacional de firma a la normativa de aplicación y, procesos internos de gestión de Administración de Personal para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos legales desde un punto de vista laboral, migratorio y seguridad social, y fiscal (procesos en nómina, cotizaciones y declaraciones)
- Identificar las novedades normativas y/o jurisprudenciales relevantes para su implementación en el área de movilidad internacional dentro de los procesos de Administración de Personal.
- Asesorar, aplicar y hacer seguimiento de los procesos de Administración de Personal para la gestión de nómina de todo el personal impatriado y expatriado a nivel nacional e internacional (acuerdos de desplazamiento, comunicación a la autoridad laboral, seguridad social, estudio de la fiscalidad para la aplicabilidad de exenciones fiscales, visados de trabajo, declaración, etc).
- Coordinar y supervisar un equipo para la gestión de los trámites e integración en todos los procesos de Payroll necesarios para su correcto cumplimiento de las normativas de aplicación, así como resolución de las diferentes consultas sobre la materia.
- Trabajar con datos sensibles de los profesionales, por lo que es muy importante el nivel alto de confidencialidad y compromiso que se deposita en este puesto.
- Utilizar herramientas de gestión de datos, informes, así como la aplicación de SAP Payroll, HR y Financiero.
Ante todo, buscamos a una persona proactiva y resolutiva, experta en conocimientos propios de movilidad internacional que aporte todas sus habilidades para conseguir el mejor resultado en su trabajo y en aquellas áreas implicadas, así como líder en la gestión de equipos para conseguir con su coordinación, la consecución y resolución de todos los trámites necesarios de manera exitosa dentro del Departamento de Administración de Personal.
Técnicamente, encajarás en el puesto si cumples con estos requisitos:
- Titulación en Grado en Relacionales Laborales o Derecho con amplio conocimiento jurídico, laboral y experiencia previa en el ámbito de movilidad internacional en entornos multinacionales.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en una posición desempeñando funciones similares y coordinando un equipo.
- Habilidad de planificación, coordinación e interlocución con diferentes equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares.
- Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo Advanced C1) y dominio del español. Valorables otros idiomas.
- Valoraremos positivamente la realización de cursos, prácticas y máster en Relaciones Laborales e internacionales especializados en movilidad internacional.
- Conocimiento y agilidad con herramientas de ofimática y aplicaciones de SAP o gestor de nómina, y, manejo avanzado de Excel.
