Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Hydro Business Engineering organization. You will develop your expertise by supporting the design of Hydro Generator machine, preparing final documentation, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets.

Work Model

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accessibility Engineer to join a global technology company in the HR and payroll sector, based in Barcelona. You will focus on their design system. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, UX, product and accessibility teams to make sure web and mobile products are accessible to everyone.

Accessibility is the core of this role. You will be the person who knows how to fix it at component level, test it thoroughly, explain it and document it, for engineering and product teams as well as for AI-driven experiences.

What you’ll do

• Fix complex accessibility issues at component level within the design system, finding the root cause and not just the symptom
• Design and build accessible, reusable and scalable patterns: semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard interaction and focus management in complex components
• Test web and mobile applications against WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549, combining manual testing with automated tools (axe DevTools suite and browser developer tools)
• Run thorough manual testing with assistive technologies: screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, high contrast and forced colors
• Validate issues on your own, spot false positives and false negatives, and prioritise them with a risk assessment and a reason for each severity level
• Give developers clear, actionable guidance on fixes and run code reviews focused on accessibility
• Build repeatable test procedures and work with the accessibility team to improve the testing frameworks

• Desarrollar scripts y herramientas de automatización mediante Bash y Python, así como integraciones con APIs.
• Documentar las soluciones implementadas y proponer mejoras orientadas a la fiabilidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad de la plataforma.

Requisitos

• Experiencia práctica en puestos DevOps, Platform Engineering, automatización de infraestructura o funciones similares.
• Conocimientos sólidos de GitLab CI/CD, Git y definición de pipelines mediante YAML.
• Experiencia con Terraform y Ansible para la automatización de infraestructura y configuración de sistemas.
• Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes y Helm.
• Conocimientos de Linux y scripting con Bash y/o Python.
• Experiencia en construcción, configuración y mantenimiento de imágenes de máquinas virtuales o contenedores.
• Conocimientos de gestión de secretos, credenciales, artefactos y controles de seguridad en pipelines.
• Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas técnicos, trabajar con autonomía y llevar las tareas hasta su validación.
• Nivel de inglés C1, acreditable.

Desde Sandav estamos buscando un/a Consultor/a Salesforce (muy valorable experiencia en Veeva CRM), para proyecto temporal hasta mayo / junio 2028 (es posible que se amplíe pero no se sabrá hasta que no hayan avanzado esos meses).

Funciones:

Gestión y resolución de incidencias sobre Salesforce y Veeva CRM.

Soporte funcional a usuarios del área comercial.

Análisis de necesidades y propuestas de mejora.

Parametrización básica y evolución funcional de la plataforma.

Coordinación con proveedores y equipos técnicos cuando sea necesario.

Seguimiento de peticiones y soporte a usuarios clave.

Colaboración en iniciativas de mejora continua de los procesos comerciales.

REQUISITOS:

Experiencia trabajando con Salesforce.

Experiencia o conocimiento de Veeva CRM.

Valorable experiencia previa en el sector farmacéutico.

Experiencia en soporte funcional y atención a usuarios.

Capacidad para interactuar con perfiles de negocio.

Valorable conocimiento de procesos comerciales en entornos pharma.

OFRECEMOS:

Contrato indefinido con nosotros, SANDAV, aunque se trate de un proyecto temporal, es posible que se amplíe.

Posición híbrida de 4 días presenciales y 1 de teletrabajo
