Descripción

Reportando al Director General de la compañía las principales funciones del candidato/a serán:

• Supervisión y coordinación de todas las operaciones contables de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la correcta presentación de los Estados Financieros.
• Elaboración y revisión de los cierres mensuales.
• Mejorar y optimizar procedimientos contables y de control interno.
• Elaborar y supervisar el presupuesto anual y análisis de desviaciones frente a Budget.
• Realizar análisis financieros periódicos (rentabilidad, cash flow, ratios clave).
• Proponer medidas de optimización de costes y mejora de márgenes.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones fiscales (IVA, Impuesto de Sociedades, etc.) y coordinar auditorías internas y externas (junto con los asesores fiscales y Auditores).
• Elaboración de las Cuentas Anuales de la compañía.
• Preparación de informes de reporting para Italia.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Formación universitaria en Contabilidad, Finanzas o una disciplina relacionada.
• Experiencia previa en Auditoría Externa y posteriormente en posiciones como Responsable Financiero (en total 7 años de experiencia mínima).
• Experiencia con el manejo de ERP: SAP.

• Tramitar el proceso de onboarding en Oficinas Centrales: acompañamiento de los nuevos/as colaboradores/as y preparación de su Plan de Acogida Integral.
• Participar activamente en las actividades de Employer Branding, cómo asistencia a ferias de empleo y de escuelas de negocio, preparación de comunicados internos y externos, o planificación de contenido para el reclutamiento masivo.
• Gestionar la preparación y ejecución de Programas de Talento (Plan Cantera, tu ruta FP…)
• Diseñar e impulsar iniciativas estratégicas para el desarrollo y la gestión del talento, asegurando que las políticas de atracción se alineen con la visión y los objetivos de negocio.
• Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en los procedimientos y políticas en el equipo de Talento, buscando la innovación y la máxima eficiencia en la gestión diaria de los procesos.
• Dar soporte en las formaciones en materia de selección para la compañía: preparación de contenido, presentación e impartición si lo requiriera.
• Soporte activo para todas las figuras de la Dirección de Personas en reclutamiento, utilización de herramientas y metodologías de selección.
• Apoyar a la captación y selección de repartidores/as dentro del Proyecto Repartidor.

¿Cómo es el candidato/a que buscamos?

• Formación: Titulación superior relacionada (RRHH, Psicología, Pedagogía, ADE, RRLL....) o Máster.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puesto similar
• Habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados y capacidad de organización.
• Idiomas: Valorable nivel alto de inglés B2-C1

Desde RYF Consultores comenzamos la búsqueda de un perfil de ANALISTA CONTABLE para una pequeña empresa, de dos personas (serás la mano derecha del CFO), para el sector family office, Private Equity y banca privada, especializada en el análisis financiero para pequeñas empresas y particulares.

¿Qué necesitamos?

• Grado Universitario en contabilidad o ADE.
• Experiencia como analista contable, acostumbrada a llevar empresas y realizar análisis financieros tanto de empresas como de particulares
• Experiencia en gestiones contables, notariales y administrativas
• Perfil personal – Capacidad de trabajar con autonomía, capacidad analítica, muy organizado, buena comunicación y negociación.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Estructurar procesos, reporting al CFO y clientes
• Control financiero (preparación de modelos financieros)
• Analizar y ejecutar inversiones (financieras, empresariales, inmobiliarias)
• Gestión bancaria y de proveedores
• Supervisión de contratos y documentación, archivo.
