The Art of Music Tour is a fast-growing international project that blends cinematic electronic music, drone filmmaking, and breathtaking natural landscapes.
We perform and film open-air concerts in iconic outdoor locations around the world, merging music, storytelling, and visual art into powerful cultural experiences. Past performances have taken place in Sweden, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Greece and more. The 2026 edition will expand across Europe and beyond.
Celebrating our fifth year, we are building a high-performance global team that thrives on clarity, ownership, and creativity. We are now hiring a Performance Marketer to join our core launch team, a pivotal role responsible for driving ticket sales, growing our digital audience, and bringing each cinematic event to life through precision marketing and targeted campaigns.
If you’re passionate about driving results through performance marketing and you believe in supporting meaningful projects with care and creativity, we’d love to hear from you.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join The Art of Music Tour’s core team and lead the digital promotion of our live concerts across Europe and beyond.
Your mission will be to drive ticket sales, grow brand awareness, and optimise digital campaigns that connect our cinematic music experiences with the right audiences. This is a results-based role focused on data-driven strategies, campaign execution, and continuous optimisation.
You will work closely with the Founder, content creators, and local teams to translate our artistic vision into high-performing campaigns that deliver real impact. From Meta Ads to YouTube strategy, your work will directly support the tour’s visibility, reach, and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ticket Sales
- Plan and run Meta Ads (IG/FB) for each concert
- Build funnels to retarget viewers and convert warm traffic
- Optimise creatives and copy to drive conversions
- Manage budgets efficiently for maximum ROI
Audience Growth
- Grow followers organically and through paid engagement (IG & YouTube)
- Promote trailers, behind-the-scenes content, and set videos
- Increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness across platforms
Campaign Execution
- Weekly ad review and optimisation
- A/B test creatives, placements, and CTAs
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement, conversions
Reporting & Strategy
- Provide clear weekly reports (ads + growth performance)
- Propose data-backed adjustments to strategy
- Communicate progress and campaign ideas with the core team
- Take full ownership of ad results, learning from data and continuously improving performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience with ticket sales, e-commerce, or event marketing
• Deep knowledge of conversion strategy, retargeting, and ROAS
• Ability to optimise ads weekly and troubleshoot poor performance
• Strong grasp of creative direction: video/image copywriting, hooks, storytelling
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads / YouTube Ads is a plus
• Experience working in music, culture, or creative industries is a bonus
• Fluent in English
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Thrives in a results-driven environment and takes full ownership of outcomes
• Has a proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads required)
• Understands how to optimise for conversions (ticket sales, ROAS, lead gen) — not just impressions
• Is comfortable working solo, proactively testing, analysing, and adjusting strategies
• Knows how to scale performance across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Can translate creative vision into data-backed marketing that drives real results
• Enjoys building brands that are culturally meaningful, artist-driven, and niche-focused
• Is comfortable with freelance/remote structure and can manage time independently
• Believes in continuous improvement, learning from metrics, and staying current with trends
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a freelance, results-driven role with a fixed fee per concert, plus performance-based bonuses.
• €500–€600 per concert, split across the pre-launch and active campaign phases
• Bonus opportunities based on ticket sales milestones and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) performance
• Separate paid budget allocated for Meta Ads (typically €500–€600 per concert)
• Potential monthly retainer offered for long-term collaboration based on performance
Bonus Opportunities may include:
• Sponsorships or brand partnerships secured through marketing efforts
• Exceptional campaign execution or strategic contributions beyond expectations
