About The Role

We are looking for an intern to work in DTC’s Department of the world-famous lifestyle brand Havaianas.
The department is responsible for managing the stock, replenishment and VMs for all retail stores across Europe.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in the stock replacement process (main task)
- Review and upload in the system the minimum stock level requested by each own store
- Update the minimum stock level accordingly to the sales period of the season (raise and reduce)
- Review Visual Execution following the stock need/guidelines/marketing activities.
- Assist the team with the Buy
- Reporting (sell out & product analysis)
Requirements:
- Expert in Office Package.
- Fluent in English. Any other languages is a plus
- Ability to multi -task, prioritize work
- Meet strict deadlines with an analytical approach
- Consumer oriented approach
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving approach, flexibility and team working attitude
- Interested in the Footwear/Fashion industry
- SAP or similar is a plus.
