Location: These roles are home based in the EMEA time zone. You will be expected to be located in this region.
The role entails
- Lead the product development lifecycle, reviewing the priorities and goals for your product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales

Job Overview

- Innovative & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve on Gen AI and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI). Evaluate emerging tools and models for integration into the product stack.

Must-Haves:

La misión del Product Manager es definir la visión / estrategia y gestionar el ciclo de vida de los productos de financiación B2B de Cofidis, garantizando que responden a las necesidades del mercado, aportan valor diferencial y contribuyen al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y de negocio.
Entre tus funciones y responsabilidades:
- Definir la estrategia, visión, posicionamiento y roadmap de los productos de financiación asignados.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y nuevas funcionalidades a partir del análisis de mercado, benchmarking.
- Garantizar que la propuesta de valor de cada producto sea competitiva, alineada con las necesidades de los clientes y coherente con la estrategia de Cofidis.
- Diseñar y optimizar el end-to-end de cada producto, asegurando la coherencia en todos los puntos de contacto (proceso comercial, contratación, uso y postventa).
- Monitorizar el rendimiento de los productos mediante KPIs y reportar resultados a la responsable del servicio.
- Proponer y liderar evolutivos o proyectos de mejora que optimicen la rentabilidad y la experiencia del cliente final.
- Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y amenazas.
- Elaborar informes periódicos de seguimiento para la dirección comercial y otras áreas implicadas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Marketing B2B para traducir las características y beneficios del producto en mensajes de valor adaptados a los clientes.
- Trabajar con el departamento técnico para solicitar, priorizar y gestionar los desarrollos tecnológicos asociados a los productos.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Formación universitaria ligada a MKT, ADE, Publicidad y RRPP, Comunicación o similar. Se valorará especialización en Product Management.
- Experiencia mínima de +5 años en gestión de producto financiero o roles relacionados (ingeniería, diseño o análisis de negocio) con fuerte enfoque en producto.
- Sólido conocimiento de los principios del desarrollo y metodologías Agile.
- Sólido conocimiento en análisis de mercado, benchmark y definición de propuestas.
- Conocimiento con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Asana, etc..) así como herramientas de analítica (Amplitude, Google Analytics…).
- Visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad de comunicación y negociación con diferentes stakeholders
- Pensamiento analítico y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

- AI/ML & MLOps - Open source AI/ML solutions, AIOps automation, model lifecycle management, Kubeflow, MLFlow, KServe, and AI infrastructure on cloud and edge
- IoT - Ubuntu on embedded devices and/or edge servers, device management, and robotics
- Cloud - Ubuntu in public and private clouds, promoting automation frameworks, and including technologies such as Kubernetes, MAAS, and LXD
- Telco - Open source for Telco's including technologies and standards related to Core Network, RAN/vRAN, SoNIC, DENT, and SmartNICs
- Finance - Open source solutions for financial institutions including trading platforms, blockchain technologies, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven analytics
- Automotive - Open source solutions for autonomous driving, in-vehicle infotainment, connected vehicles, and compliance with automotive industry standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
- Application Management - Open source solutions in the enterprise including Observability, IAM, App Stores and technologies such Grafana, GitOps, and Juju Charms
Location: These roles are home based in the EMEA time zone. You will be expected to be located in this region.
The role entails
- Lead the product development lifecycle, reviewing the priorities and goals for your product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Address common challenges across projects, align on priorities, enable informed decisions, and keep business execution on track
- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities
- Communicate your product vision, status updates, and key decisions to ensure alignment and manage expectations
- Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and iterate on the product to improve the user experience
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create product documentation, and provide training
- Contribute to the success of our sales team in winning new opportunities, reviewing customer feedback and participating in customer meetings
- Oversee the work of a product line, ensuring consistency in strategy and execution across different teams
- Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts within different teams and across other departments

- Familiarity with embedded and connected device technology and ecosystems
- Familiarity with networking technologies - ethernet, IPv4 and IPv6, routing, firewalling, overlays such as OVN/OVS, VPNs, SR-IOV, infiniband
- Familiarity with telco networking - RAN, Core, CPE
- Experience in leading distributed teams across different time zones

For our office in Girona (Spain), we are looking for a new Global Product Manager for our Poultry Unit.
Reporting to the Global Franchise Manager, her/his main purpose is to be the product reference and ambassador by applying her/his deep product knowledge and building the mid-term strategy to effectively bring the products' value to the market.
Main Duties
Development and implementation of marketing strategies globally.Collaboration in early phases of new product development.
Management of markets information Support and training of Regional and Local teams (i.e. subsidiaries). Creation of technical and marketing material.
Awareness of the main clients' needs.
Identification and management of Key Opinion Leaders globally Coordination with the Franchise Manager to produce and implement the marketing plans.
The Requirements Are
Veterinary degree, Marketing degree or similar
Experience in field with Poultry
Knowledge in Marketing (Experience and/or Education)
Good command of English and Spanish (French or others are a bonus)
Availability to travel for business purposes in 50% in her/his time
The perfect candidate would be well organized, team player, dynamic, honest and sincere, high communication skills, positive mind-set, multicultural interest and results oriented.
