Descripción de la oferta
El Product Manager será la persona que se encargará de identificar junto con el CPO la estrategia de producto. La desarrollará y ejecutará como pieza clave de toda la compañía. Por tanto sus objetivos son:
- Identificar las necesidades del mercado, especificaciones del producto, para la planificación de las nuevas características o modificaciones del Software. Para ello realizar todas las acciones necesarias con los clientes, (encuestas, focus group, …)
- Realizar análisis de competencia de mercado.
- Dimensionar y documentar los mercados a los que anfix dirige sus productos y servicios.
- En función de nuestra estrategia, desarrollo de cada una de las posibles alianzas como propio proyecto, asignación de equipo (propio o funcional), creación del proyecto, desde identificar hitos, plazos, desarrollo con ingeniería, QA, …) como Product Owner de cada equipo.
- Crear nuevos procesos, procedimientos, para traducir las necesidades del mercado a los diferentes equipos de desarrollo, dirigir el desarrollo de documentos de requisitos cada vez más adaptados a nuestras necesidades. Trabajar en colaboración con las áreas de IU, UX para definir flujos de trabajo que resuelvan problemas a nuestros clientes.
- Crear u optimizar procedimientos de trabajo entre las diferentes áreas para lograr tus resultados. Debatir propios objetivos en función de las necesidades de mercado y necesidades internas (ingeniería, ventas y propio desarrollo).
- Discusión del Backlog junto con la CPO antes de ponerlo en común con el resto del equipo en las reuniones de Roapmap.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Licenciatura/Grado en ADE o similares
- Valorable Máster en Producto/UX y/o gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en proyectos transversales con un rol de Product Manager.
- Imprescindible conocimientos de contabilidad y finanzas.

En Hannun estamos siempre aprendiendo, por lo que es un “must” que participes en tantas áreas como seas capaz de abordar y tengas ganas de experimentar.
[email protected] [email protected] ideal tiene conocimiento en desarrollo de producto, preferentemente que esté cursando el Grado Universitario de Diseño de Producto , siendo clave que esté capacitado para trabajar con programas de modelado 3D tales como Inventor, Fusion 360, Solidworks o equivalente. Con ello, es necesario el desarrollo de planos para el prototipado y producción. Además, nos interesa que tenga nociones de Adobe Creative Cloud, esencialmente en Illustrator e Indesign, para la maquetación de instrucciones de montaje. Sobre todo debe ser una persona autónoma, resolutiva y proactiva ; sí, esto último ya lo hemos mencionado, pero queremos recordártelo porque para nosotros es muy importante :)

Estas Serán Tus Principales Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar planos para el prototipado y producción de nuevos productos
- Realizar y maquetar instrucciones de montaje/ instalación
- Aportar soluciones de mejora a los productos ya desarrollados
- Seguimiento de los productos en desarrollo dando soporte a nuestros artesanos.
- Dar soporte al equipo de producto
