What You’ll Need

• Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with a passion to understand the entire expense lifecycle — from the moment of spend inception through automated reconciliation to final posting in the ERP system — and the specific friction points unique to complex accounting workflows

El rol

Mapit está en un momento de crecimiento donde el producto necesita un liderazgo dedicado. Hoy, muchas decisiones de producto pasan por el CEO — y eso no escala. Liderarás todo el producto digital de Mapit y al equipo de producto /tecnología (:8 personas entre devs, producto y data). Estructurarás el proceso de ideación y validación: asegurar que cada iniciativa llega con evidencia clara, su estimación de coste e impacto, y un estado visible del pipeline de decisiones.

Reportarás directamente al CEO, con autonomía sobre producto. Tu responsabilidad se reparte en tres ejes:

Producto

• Definir y ejecutar el roadmap, priorizando por impacto real en negocio y usuario.
• Ser el punto de referencia para decisiones de producto: qué se construye, qué no, y por qué.

• Implementar y supervisar soluciones de IA aplicadas al producto (trabajando con herramientas como Claude, APIs de modelos, pipelines de datos).
• Mejorar el proceso de creación de producto donde la IA suponga una mejora tangible.
• Experiencia real trabajando con IA en el día a día y entender cómo cambia los flujos de producción: ciclos más cortos, nuevas formas de iterar, y cómo integrar esto en la forma de trabajar del equipo.
• Ser la referencia del equipo en adopción de IA: desde herramientas de desarrollo (Claude Code) hasta casos de uso en el producto.
  
  
  

El perfil que buscamos

Imprescindible:

• +8 años de experiencia liderando producto digital end-to-end (apps, SaaS, plataformas) con equipos a tu cargo.
• Capacidad real de combinar visión de producto con profundidad técnica — el CTO lidera las decisiones de arquitectura, pero tú entiendes el contexto, hablas con devs en su idioma y participas con criterio.
• Experiencia implementando o supervisando IA aplicada a producto — no teórica, sino práctica: has trabajado con APIs de modelos, has integrado IA en flujos reales, sabes distinguir lo que aporta valor de lo que es hype.
• Fuerte criterio de priorización: sabes decir "no" y defender por qué.
• Capacidad para trabajar con un CEO involucrado en la experiencia de producto, construyendo una relación de confianza donde ganes autonomía progresivamente con resultados.

Qué buscamos

• +2 años de experiencia como Product Owner, Digital Product o Business Analyst técnico.
• Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experiencia sólida en entornos digitales web (CMS, frontend, integraciones).

Diseñar, estructurar y escalar una arquitectura de producto formativo sólida, diferenciada y rentable que impulse el crecimiento sostenible de Evolve en B2C y B2B. Será la figura responsable de transformar ideas en programas estructurados, competitivos y empleables, alineando captación, ventas, experiencia del alumno y rentabilidad. Desde la definición del stack de másters hasta la implementación de certificaciones y soluciones B2B, actuará como arquitecto de producto con mentalidad de negocio y obsesión por la excelencia experiencial.

Tendrá el ownership integral de la experiencia end-to-end del alumno, garantizando que cada cohorte viva un estándar premium, consistente y medible, convirtiendo la calidad percibida en ventaja competitiva real.

Garantizará que Evolve evoluciona hacia un modelo de producto escalable, con estándares claros de calidad, diferenciación defendible en mercado y procesos replicables de lanzamiento, validación y mejora continua, siempre alineado con los objetivos financieros y estratégicos de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades

• Definir y mantener la arquitectura global de producto (stack de másters, certificaciones, verticales y líneas B2B), asegurando coherencia estratégica, foco y diferenciación real.

• Diseñar el roadmap anual de producto, priorizando iniciativas según impacto en revenue, margen, diferenciación, empleabilidad y experiencia del alumno.

• Gobernar la experiencia end-to-end del alumno, desde el onboarding hasta la etapa alumni, definiendo estándares claros para los momentos clave:

• Ser responsable directo de que la experiencia se entregue con consistencia entre cohortes, estableciendo estándares de calidad claros y medibles.

• Implementar un sistema de mejora continua basado en métricas, NPS, feedback cualitativo y análisis de cohortes.

• Liderar la implementación de certificaciones oficiales y especializaciones técnicas, definiendo partners, integración en cohortes y modelo de monetización.

• Estandarizar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos programas mediante un playbook claro de validación, diseño, pricing, experiencia y go-to-market.

• Validar nuevas verticales mediante análisis de mercado, empleabilidad, TAM y pilotos antes de su escalado.

• Diseñar soluciones B2B estructuradas (plug & play y custom), asegurando que la experiencia corporativa mantiene el estándar premium de Evolve.

• Coordinar con Ventas B2B para ajustar propuesta de valor, pricing y packaging según feedback real del mercado.

• Garantizar la actualización tecnológica continua bajo una mentalidad AI-first y orientación práctica aplicada.

• Asegurar que lo prometido en marketing se cumple y se supera en experiencia real.

• Optimizar la estructura de costes académicos sin sacrificar calidad ni experiencia percibida.

• Definir y monitorizar KPIs de producto y experiencia:

• Detectar señales tempranas de pérdida de competitividad o deterioro de experiencia y actuar con rapidez.
