El/La Analista de QA trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los/las Responsables Locales y los/las Gerentes de Proyecto en nuestra entidad local, así como con los equipos de desarrollo, los/las Product Owners, el/la Gerente de Despliegue y otros/as stakeholders a nivel global para garantizar la calidad y la consistencia de las funcionalidades de negocio utilizando herramientas como Jira y X-RAY.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Colaborar con los equipos de negocio y técnicos para definir y comprender los requisitos del negocio.
- Traducir los requisitos en casos de uso y escenarios funcionales comprobables.
- Diseñar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los casos de prueba funcionales utilizando Jira y X-RAY.
- Identificar defectos y apoyar su resolución en colaboración con los/las Product Owners y los/las desarrolladores/as. Analizar la integración de datos y procesos entre módulos para garantizar la coherencia integral.
- Participar y contribuir a la priorización del backlog desde la perspectiva de las pruebas.
- Coordinar los plazos de las pruebas y validar los entregables en un entorno híbrido (ágil + cascada).
Habilidades y cualificaciones deseadas
- Formación académica o profesional en Tecnologías de la Información (TI), Sistemas de Información (SI) o campos relacionados.
- 3-4 años de experiencia en pruebas funcionales y validación de software, idealmente en entornos híbridos.
- Experiencia en pruebas funcionales y validación de software.
- Conocimientos básicos de Jira y familiaridad con el módulo de pruebas X-RAY (se ofrece formación y soporte).
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la obtención de resultados de alta calidad.
- Facilidad para comunicarse con interlocutores técnicos y de negocio (nivel de inglés mínimo B2).
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y tomar la iniciativa.
- Disposición para aprender y desarrollarse en metodologías de pruebas y prácticas de control de calidad.
