Identificar oportunidades SEO (on-page, contenidos, landings).
Colaborar en la creación de contenidos orientados a crecimiento orgánico y conversión.
Pensar el SEO como una palanca de negocio, no solo de tráfico.
Programas de referidos y loops de crecimiento
Optimización de nuestros programas de referral y viralidad.
Pensar mecánicas que conviertan a los usuarios en el principal canal de adquisición.
Paid & Creatividad
Colaborar con el equipo de Performance en la ideación de creatividades y mensajes ganadores.
Aportar ideas de formatos, claims y narrativas que escalen.
Entender qué funciona en paid y por qué.
Marketing no convencional & OOH
Proponer acciones especiales, campañas OOH, colaboraciones o ideas "out of the box".
Pensar cómo llevar la marca a la calle y al mundo real de forma memorable.
Visión global de marketing
Mantener coherencia de marca, tono y mensaje en todos los canales.
Tener siempre una visión integral del funnel: adquisición, activación, retención y revenue.
Tu perfil
Eres un buen fit si...
Tienes mentalidad de growth y te obsesiona ver crecer las métricas.
Tienes experiencia con herramientas de CRM (preferiblemente Braze) o conocimientos en SEO.
Te sientes cómodo/a tocando muchos palos y aprendiendo rápido.
No esperas a que te digan qué hacer: detectas oportunidades y las empujas.
Te motiva trabajar en un entorno exigente, con objetivos grandes y ritmo muy alto.
Abrazas la IA como aliada para ser más rápido/a, creativo/a y eficiente.
Suma positivamente
Experiencia previa en startups o entornos de híper crecimiento.
Combinas creatividad con análisis y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Conocimientos en referidos, performance o marketing de apps (MMPs como Adjust).
Experiencia gestionando campañas o iniciativas de principio a fin.
Capacidad para crear procesos ágiles y trabajar de forma ordenada (Notion, ClickUp, Jira...).
