Funciones a realizar

Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades comerciales en compañías del segmento Mid-Market.

Construir relaciones de confianza con CEOs, CFOs, COOs y otros interlocutores clave para detectar necesidades de transformación.

Elaborar propuestas de consultoría y transformación empresarial apoyadas en tecnología, datos e inteligencia artificial.

Liderar proyectos de transformación empresarial coordinando equipos multidisciplinares.

Responsabilidades

Gestionar el ciclo comercial completo desde la generación de pipeline hasta el cierre de oportunidades.

Coordinar equipos de consultoría, tecnología y operaciones para asegurar una correcta ejecución de los proyectos.

Requisitos imprescindibles

Entre 5 y 12 años de experiencia profesional.

Experiencia previa en consultoría de negocio o tecnológica.

Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, venta consultiva o gestión comercial B2B.

Experiencia trabajando con clientes de sectores Agrifood, Automotive Suppliers, Retail o Life Sciences.

Experiencia participando en programas de transformación empresarial, digitalización u optimización operativa.

Experiencia interactuando con perfiles ejecutivos como CEO, CFO o COO.

We are looking for a Buyer/Visual Merchandiser with proven experience in the industry and a strong interest in Trend Forecasting. With this new addition to our team we are aiming to strengthen the cohesion of MIISTA’s visual and commercial strategy and elevate the brand’s product storytelling across all channels (Physically through our 4 stores in key cities and digitally though our Ecommerce channel and Social Media).

Key Responsibilities

Buying / Collection Planning / Commercial Merchandising Offer

• In collaboration with the Creative Director and Design Team participate in the early stages of research and development of the collection themes, and inspirations, building a strong understanding of the season from the beginning, both in materiality and constructions, but also in visual storytelling, to be able to translate it then to other teams in terms of visual merchandising, visual assortments and collection stylings.
• Build strong seasonal assortments of buying in collaboration with the widest product team and in close collaboration with the planner.
• Build strong category merchandising guidance for our direct physical retail, direct ecommerce and our wholesale accounts to improve sell-in storytelling and commercial clarity per monthly drops.
• Work closely with the Wholesale team ensuring the seasonal wholesale collection offer aligns with brand direction, seasonal priorities, bestsellers, and market opportunity.
• Support wholesale presentations with category logic, styling suggestions, and trend-backed recommendations.

E-commerce Visual Merchandising & Styling Planning

• Own the visual merchandising and styling planning for online product presentation, ensuring it supports seasonal commercial priorities and brand positioning.
• Provide styling and outfit-building guidance (mood-boarding before ecommerce photoshoots) to increase conversion, basket building, and customer engagement.
• Participate in analyzing and improving the direction of the product photography/angles we shoot during the season for better commercial performance of each category.
• Define and continuously improve the product display strategy (category order, key product focus, bestsellers, newness, upsell/cross-sell logic and way of displaying each category both physically and digitally) in collaboration with the Ecommerce team and the physical retail team.
• Partner with Creative, Content, and E-commerce teams to ensure cohesive product presentation across product pages, category pages, and seasonal edits.

Retail Merchandising Plan & Product Storytelling

• Support the development of the seasonal retail merchandising plan aligned with product strategy, key stories, price architecture, and customer mission.
• Contribute to the definition of product “hero moments” and seasonal storytelling to optimize customer flow and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with retail teams to ensure strong brand consistency and high-impact merchandising execution.

Press Category Commercial Strategy

• Act as a strategic partner to Press/PR by identifying the most relevant seasonal and monthly commercial product focus for editorial and press opportunities.
• Support the alignment of press placements with product growth strategy, seasonal hero pieces, and category priorities.
• Create clear category recommendations for press pull lists, ensuring a balance of brand elevation and commercial impact.

Market Intelligence & Trend Forecasting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging aesthetics, and consumer behavior across key territories.
• Translate macro and micro trends into actionable insights for product direction, merchandising priorities, and storytelling strategy.
• Develop seasonal trend reports and commercial insights to support buying, product planning, and content decisions.

Commercial Product Eye & Strategic Support

• In collaboration with the Buyer/Planner Identify performance opportunities by analyzing product behavior, category growth, and customer response.
• Partner with Product, Buying, and Planning teams to ensure product stories are structured for sell-through success.
• Maintain strong alignment across teams to ensure seasonal strategy is executed consistently across all channels.

About You

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia práctica en electricidad que quieran incorporarse a un proyecto estable, de largo recorrido y con posibilidades reales de desarrollo profesional.

Tareas

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte de los equipos responsables del despliegue de nuevas infraestructuras de recarga para vehículos eléctricos, realizando principalmente:

• Instalación y montaje de puntos de recarga.


• Ejecución de instalaciones eléctricas de baja tensión.


• Tendido y conexionado de cableado.


• Montaje y conexión de cuadros y protecciones eléctricas.


• Canalizaciones y pequeños trabajos asociados a la instalación.


• Comprobaciones eléctricas, pruebas y puesta en servicio.


• Diagnóstico y resolución de pequeñas incidencias.


• Cumplimiento de los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad establecidos.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos conocer tanto a Oficiales Electricistas como a profesionales que, sin ser todavía especialistas en movilidad eléctrica, tengan una base sólida y quieran seguir desarrollándose.

Valoraremos especialmente:

• Experiencia previa trabajando como electricista, instalador/a o técnico/a eléctrico.


• Conocimientos de instalaciones eléctricas y baja tensión.


• Formación profesional relacionada con Electricidad, Electrónica, Electromecánica o similar.


• Experiencia en instalaciones, mantenimiento, obra, industria, energía, telecomunicaciones, fotovoltaica o actividades similares.


• Carnet de conducir B.


• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y responsable.


• Buena actitud, compromiso y ganas de aprender.

La experiencia específica instalando puntos de recarga será valorable, pero no imprescindible.

Descripción del puesto:

Grupo de empresas, especialista en obra civil, excavaciones, movimiento de tierras y logística de transportes, selecciona un/a Ingeniero/a júnior (Ingeniería Forestal, Agrícola, de Caminos, Canales y Puertos / Obras Públicas) para incorporarse a su equipo en la zona de Betanzos.

Buscamos un perfil dinámico, organizado y con iniciativa, con residencia en la zona o alrededores, con ganas de desarrollarse profesionalmente.

Funciones principales:

Gestión de licitaciones públicas: apoyo en el análisis de pliegos, preparación de documentación administrativa y técnica para concursos públicos.

Seguimiento operativo y visitas a obra: apoyo técnico en el seguimiento a pie de obra, comprobación de mediciones y control de ejecuciones sobre el terreno si es el perfil.

Control logístico y gestión de flota: apoyo en el seguimiento de rutas y supervisión del sistema GPS de la flota de maquinaria y vehículos.
