The Strategic Implementation Manager has dedicated responsibility for one of Avery Dennison’s largest, most strategic and most complex accounts. The purpose of this role is to direct, coordinate, and oversee account strategies and customer activity on a regional and global basis to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive, long-term account strategies based on deep knowledge of assigned accounts.
- Cultivate relationships of trust with the most senior levels of client leadership.
- Actively manage stakeholders during pilot phases to ensure a full understanding of the value proposition.
- Serve as the primary leader for the client during onboarding, coordinating internal technical/support teams to support a seamless experience.
- Proactively identify and solve friction points during implementation.
- Collaborate internally across multiple functions including product development, marketing, operations, and technical services to deliver results for customers.
- Conduct and manage post-implementation review, adoption tracking, relationship and "quarterly business reviews" (QBRs)
- Consistently monitor usage rates and user feedback.
- Lead a team of brand product developers by creating an atmosphere which facilitates high levels of employee engagement, commitment and behaviours that mirror the Avery Dennison Values and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management (KAM) within the apparel industry on a global level.
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and "outside-in" thinking.
- Skilled in value selling and influencing others to drive accountability and results.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills with a long-term strategic view.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong plus.
