Tareas:
Como Técnico/a en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, tu misión será velar por la seguridad, salud y bienestar de nuestros equipos, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y promoviendo una cultura preventiva sólida en planta.
Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de operaciones, mantenimiento, calidad y Personas, supervisando condiciones de trabajo, investigando incidentes, proponiendo mejoras y liderando acciones preventivas tanto en el día a día como en nuevos proyectos industriales.
Actuarás como interlocutor con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (SPA), garantizando la correcta implantación de las políticas de seguridad y salud en la empresa.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Formar parte comité de PRL
- Atención de las inspecciones de trabajo en materia de PRL
- Investigación de Accidentes de Trabajo
- Elaborar, revisar y mantener actualizados los procedimientos de seguridad relacionados con trabajos en líneas eléctricas, trabajos en alturas, trabajos en caliente, así como permisos para uso de maquinaria y equipos.
- Implantar y coordinar auditorías internas y externas de seguridad y salud.
- Gestionar la documentación legal y técnica en materia de PRL.
- Impartir formación y campañas de concienciación al personal operativo y técnico.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos por ley y por la empresa
Requisitos:
Buscamos a una persona técnica, proactiva y con sensibilidad hacia el entorno industrial. Que no se conforme con cumplir la ley, sino que aspire a superarla.
Tienes:
- Formación técnica en PRL (Máster o Técnico Superior con especialidad en Seguridad Industrial).
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en entorno de planta.
- Conocimiento sólido de legislación en prevención, documentación técnica y gestión de EPIs.
- Capacidad para comunicar con equipos diversos: operarios, ingenieros y dirección.
- Valorable experiencia en industria alimentaria o en entornos con líneas automatizadas.

- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities
- Strong reputation with an established network

Professional Experience

What You Will Do
As part of our dynamic international People team, you will support our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a tech-driven, mission-led company.
- Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, and more.
- Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making.
- Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand.
- Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.
- You are fluent in English, additional language skills like Spanish or French is a plus;
- You are either a student or recently graduated (to be eligible under an internship agreement with your University) ;
- You have recently graduated or are in the final stages of your studies, ideally with a focus on HR, Business, or related fields.
- You are a natural communicator and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and excited about international business and HR practices.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Interest in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment operations.
