The Role
As an HR Operations Intern, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting and improving the core people operations that keep the company running smoothly. This internship is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to understand how HR works in practice within a fast‑paced, international, high‑tech environment.
You will be collaborating on the employee lifecycle, working closely with HR, Finance, and Operations, and contributing to real processes that scale with the company.
What you'll do
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and administrative HR tasks
- Assist in maintaining accurate and compliant employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Act as a point of coordination between HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth information flow
- Support onboarding logistics, including data entry in HR systems / ERP tools (e.g. HiBob) and coordination of IT equipment requests

- Own and drive engineering hiring end-to-end, taking accountability for scaling outcomes across technical domains and hubs, while personally delivering on complex and high-impact roles.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to TA Leadership and senior leaders in the business, helping to shape long-term talent strategy, align on hiring plans, role prioritization, and long-term capability building.

- (Se valorará formación de posgrado en RR. HH.)** Experiencia mínima de **3 a 5 años** en posiciones generalistas de Recursos Humanos, **preferiblemente en el sector hotelero o de servicios**.
- Conocimientos sólidos de **legislación laboral española**, administración de personal y relaciones laborales.
- Experiencia en **coordinación de equipos** o gestión de personas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con distintos interlocutores y en **entornos con doble reporte** (hotel / corporativo).
- Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y **sistemas de gestión de RR.
- Valorable nivel medio de **inglés**.
- Habilidad para la resolución de incidencias.

Your responsibilities will include…
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experience.
- Managing room assignments, keys, and guest information accurately in the property management system.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Providing detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions.
- Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless stays.
- Processing payments, deposits, and billing inquiries in line with company standards.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell room upgrades, services, and experiences that enhance the guest journey.
- Managing special requests and preferences to ensure personalized and memorable stays.
- Resolving guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and ensuring service excellence at all times.
- A warm, confident, and service-oriented personality with a natural passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or customer-facing roles within hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who values shared success.
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English; German is a strong plus.
- A valid work permit for Spain.
