Buscamos un Data Scientist con 2–4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de modelos analíticos, automatización de procesos basados en datos y despliegue de soluciones predictivas.
El reto consiste en liderar la creación de productos y modelos inteligentes aplicados a la producción, calidad, logística y mantenimiento, participando activamente en proyectos de transformación digital en el ámbito de la Industria 4.
Los principales requisitos son:
- Experiencia de 2–4 años como Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer o rol similar.
- Dominio de Python y librerías de análisis/modelado (Pandas, Scikit-learn, MLflow, PySpark valorable).
- Experiencia en diseño, entrenamiento y validación de modelos predictivos (regresión, clasificación, series temporales, clustering).
- Conocimientos sólidos en SQL y bases de datos relacionales; valorable NoSQL.
- Conocimientos en MLOps, contenedores (Docker) y despliegue de modelos (API, cloud).
- Capacidad para trabajar con clientes, entender requerimientos y proponer soluciones analíticas de valor.
Las funciones de la persona seleccionada serán:
- Liderar el desarrollo de modelos de machine learning aplicados a planificación, mantenimiento predictivo, control de calidad y optimización operacional.
- Diseñar y construir pipelines de datos robustos para entornos industriales.
- Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos de analítica avanzada y algoritmos propios de Geprom.
- Coordinar y guiar a perfiles junior en tareas analíticas y de preparación de datos.
- Trabajar con equipos de software, automatización y operaciones para integrar modelos en sistemas existentes.
- Presentar resultados y propuestas técnicas a clientes.

Job Description:
A vacancy for a Design & Development Lab Test Means Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe. The successful applicant will join Flight Test Department. The jobholder will be accountable of the design, modification and maintenance activities of the functional and software test benches within the Laboratory Test Means department at the Flight & Integration Test Center for all Airbus Defence & Space programs.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- To manage the design and manufacturing development of new electronic test benches at the request of the different programs.
- Accountable as Technical Manager for activities of retrofit and maintenance of Mission test benches.
- Collect and analyze the requirements and information needed to specify, design, build and deliver lab test means (LTM) and test solutions systems according to internal processes and respecting Quality, Time, Cost and Performance.
- Provide the Test means specifications, Industrial supplier selection (if necessary) and project management of the subcontracted activities.
- Manage the activities of configuration control of A/C equipment populated on test means, export control compliance, A/C equipment logistics movements inbound /outbound, related to the Laboratory test means.
- Manage the activities of budget provision, planning, tendering process, architecture design, production including change management during the realization phase, perform Product Regulatory Compliance engineering (PRCE) activities, preparation of verification procedures, verification of components, LTM items. Commissioning, technical documentation and ensuring the capability to define the Laboratory Test Means and test solutions system evolutions.
- Close cooperation with LTM operating & maintenance and 2nd level support on existing LTMs.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Educated to degree level in Engineering.
- Experience in Lab test Means design.
- Experience in modification and maintenance activities of the functional and software test benches will be valuable.

Job Description:
The candidate will join the Health Management and Predictive Analytics team and will contribute to the development of Health Management systems in several platforms (FCAS, A400M, PATMAR, SIRTAP, ED, Hurjet, etc..) participating in the following activities:
- Lead systems engineering activities in order to specify, develop, integrate, qualify and certify health management systems in accordance with Airbus Defence and Space standards.
- Be responsible to define HUMS architecture, acting as HW/SW analyst for the development of Big Data on-board.
- Have the ability to identify the activities of the development life cycle that are necessary to develop a system/product and provide the level of confidence which is consistent with regulation and program requirements.
- Gather customer requirements for its analysis and incorporation in the product.
- Define checkpoints and reviews with associated maturity expectation aligned with program phases and gates
- Provide sufficient detailed data and information about system elements to enable the implementation consistent with architectural entities as defined in models and views of the system architecture and in accordance with the allocated requirements.
- Be responsible for the integration of the Health management system integration on aircraft.
- Specify, require, and support Laboratory, Ground and Flight tests needed for the development, certification and qualification (V&V) of Health Management systems.
- Lead data management activities for massive information, from data gathering, manipulating processing and storing.
- Experience in on-board hardware and software equipment design life-cycle and supplier management.
- Experience in SW development
- Experience in development on-boarded high performance computers.
- Experience working in A400M and C-295.
- Excellent knowledge of development & integration activities, from requirements capture to verification/validation activities to achieve a qualified/certified system. That includes engineering fields as safety, quality assurance, configuration control, etc. applied to health management systems.
- Good knowledge of procurement activities, from supplier selection to control and monitoring activities.
- Tools requirements for system engineering: DOORS, ICDMS, CASE, ABDs, Eclipse.
- Good communication skills, assertiveness and willingness to travel
- Strong Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written.

We're a fast growing company, on a mission to lower global CO2 emissions by making the switch to clean energy easy and profitable for commercial and industrial clients. If you love seeing your projects come to life and thrive on solving complex problems, you'll be the perfect fit to manage the full lifecycle of our high-impact Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You'll be working closely with our international project management team and partners, delivering top-tier, custom solar solutions.

What you will be doing
Solar Design Analyst: Analyzing and designing cutting-edge PV systems, analysing electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications that guarantee peak performance and adhere to the highest safety standards.
Site Scout & Strategist: Visiting sites to assess feasibility, determine optimal panel placement, and size the systems perfectly based on client energy needs and environmental factors.
Fault Finder & Optimiser: Diving into system performance data (on-site and remote) to identify issues, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions that maximize energy output and ensure reliable, long-term operation.
Installation Co-Pilot: Working hand-in-hand with project managers and contractors, overseeing the installation process, and officially commissioning new solar and energy storage systems.
Future-Proofing: Researching the newest trends and technologies in solar and storage (think BESS!), helping us continuously improve our designs and processes.
Documentation Keeper: Preparing essential technical reports and keeping all system documentation flawless and up-to-date.
What you need to bring
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Core Knowledge: Knowledge about the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial solar electric systems, including strong knowledge of industry standards.
Software Skills: Knowledge about industry-standard design tools like PVsyst and PV Sol.
Bonus Power-Up: Experience with energy storage systems (batteries, inverters) and hybrid setups, PRL course, works on heights course, elevator platform license and drone piloting license are a huge plus!
Essential Skills: Work ethics is key! Excellent problem-solving abilities, an incredible eye for detail, and the ability to manage your work independently while collaborating seamlessly with a team.
Driver's license: Category B is mandatory.
Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory - this is key for our multi-cultural team!
