Desarrollo y Gobernanza de Power BI
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener informes interactivos, dashboards corporativos y cuadros de mando estratégicos en Power BI.
RLS/OLS, alineación con grupos de seguridad, Gestión de workspaces, permisos, auditoría.
Construir modelos de datos eficientes, escalables y bien documentados.
Implementar y optimizar medidas DAX complejas asegurando rendimiento, precisión y consistencia.
Gestionar datasets, incremental refresh, gateways y conexiones a múltiples orígenes.
Aplicar buenas prácticas de modelado (star schema, normalización, relaciones, granularidad, etc.).
Análisis Cuantitativo y Ciencia de Datos
Desarrollar análisis descriptivos, diagnósticos y predictivos que aporten valor al negocio.
Utilizar Python / R (si aplica) para procesamiento avanzado, machine learning o automatización de cargas.
Documentar metodologías, supuestos y resultados de forma clara para stakeholders no técnicos.
Data Management y Arquitectura
- Colaborar con Data Engineering para garantizar la calidad, disponibilidad y trazabilidad de datos.
- Participar en la definición de pipelines ETL/ELT y en la optimización de procesos de ingesta y transformación.

Requisitos Técnicos
Imprescindibles
Dominio avanzado de Power BI Desktop y Power BI Service.
Experiencia sólida en DAX (time intelligence, funciones avanzadas, optimización).
Experiencia en modelado de datos (tabular models, star schema, rolado, relaciones many-to-many, etc.).
Conocimiento sólido de SQL aplicado a la extracción y transformación de datos desde DWH/Lake, ERP y CRM, incluyendo buen dominio de modelado relacional (ER), normalización básica, claves primarias/foráneas y comprensión de granularidad y calidad de datos.

About the role
At Casfid (a Fever company), we build the technology that powers on-site experiences at some of the largest live events worldwide. Casfid is the RFID, access control and cashless payments technology provider of Fever Group, enabling millions of attendees to enjoy seamless, real-time event experiences.
Our Android applications are a critical part of Fever´s operational ecosystem, powering cashless payments, access control, ticketing, recharges and other on-site workflows. These applications run on smartphones, kiosks/totems and custom hardware devices designed in-house, and are used in large-scale, high-demand environments across multiple countries.
We are looking for an Android Developer to join our team and help us evolve our Android platform. You will work mainly with Kotlin, contribute to the progressive migration from Java, and help build scalable and reliable solutions used by millions of users in real time.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain native Android applications, primarily using Kotlin, following Android best practices and Google design guidelines.
- Maintain and evolve existing Android applications built in Java, contributing to their progressive migration to Kotlin.
- Manage asynchronous workflows using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow, while maintaining existing implementations based on RxJava.
- Apply SOLID principles to ensure clean, maintainable and scalable code.
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements using Jetpack libraries (Compose is a plus).
- Use tools such as Gradle and Fastlane to automate build, testing and deployment processes.
- Build software used at large-scale live events across 10+ countries, running on mobile devices, kiosks/totems and custom hardware for access control and cashless operations.

About you
- 5+ years of experience as a native Android developer.
- Strong experience developing Android applications using Kotlin.
- Proven ability to read, understand and maintain Java code in a mixed Java/Kotlin codebase.
- Strong knowledge of the Android ecosystem: Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack (Compose is a plus), Coroutines and/or RxJava, and dependency injection with Dagger or Hilt.

We're a fast growing company, on a mission to lower global CO2 emissions by making the switch to clean energy easy and profitable for commercial and industrial clients. If you love seeing your projects come to life and thrive on solving complex problems, you'll be the perfect fit to manage the full lifecycle of our high-impact Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You'll be working closely with our international project management team and partners, delivering top-tier, custom solar solutions.

What you will be doing
Solar Design Analyst: Analyzing and designing cutting-edge PV systems, analysing electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications that guarantee peak performance and adhere to the highest safety standards.
Site Scout & Strategist: Visiting sites to assess feasibility, determine optimal panel placement, and size the systems perfectly based on client energy needs and environmental factors.
Fault Finder & Optimiser: Diving into system performance data (on-site and remote) to identify issues, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions that maximize energy output and ensure reliable, long-term operation.
Installation Co-Pilot: Working hand-in-hand with project managers and contractors, overseeing the installation process, and officially commissioning new solar and energy storage systems.
Future-Proofing: Researching the newest trends and technologies in solar and storage (think BESS!), helping us continuously improve our designs and processes.
Documentation Keeper: Preparing essential technical reports and keeping all system documentation flawless and up-to-date. What you need to bring
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Core Knowledge: Knowledge about the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial solar electric systems, including strong knowledge of industry standards.
Software Skills: Knowledge about industry-standard design tools like PVsyst and PV Sol.
Bonus Power-Up: Experience with energy storage systems (batteries, inverters) and hybrid setups, PRL course, works on heights course, elevator platform license and drone piloting license are a huge plus!
Essential Skills: Work ethics is key! Excellent problem-solving abilities, an incredible eye for detail, and the ability to manage your work independently while collaborating seamlessly with a team.
Driver's license: Category B is mandatory.
Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory - this is key for our multi-cultural team! The Bright Sunday Advantage
