Tareas
Buscamos un/a Data Engineer que participe en la construcción de la nueva arquitectura de datos del grupo y que tenga un rol clave en la creación de pipelines, ingestas, transformaciones y automatizaciones.
Trabajarás bajo la dirección del Responsable de Data, en estrecha colaboración con el Data Architect y con la CTO, contribuyendo a levantar la nueva plataforma de datos del grupo.
Responsabilidades
- Construir y mantener pipelines de datos (batch y streaming) en la nueva plataforma de datos del grupo.
- Desarrollar procesos ETL/ELT robustos y escalables, garantizando calidad, rendimiento y trazabilidad.
- Implementar los modelos y estándares definidos por el Data Architect:
- Patrones de arquitectura (medallion, lakehouse).
- Modelos dimensionales, Data Vault o estructuras orientadas a dominio.
- Integrar datos procedentes de sistemas heterogéneos tras la fusión de compañías.
- Automatizar procesos y despliegues mediante CI/CD, Terraform u otras herramientas.
- Trabajar con tecnologías cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP) en la construcción de la plataforma.
- Colaborar con el equipo en la preparación de datasets para iniciativas de IA generativa.
- Asegurar la calidad del dato y la estabilidad de los pipelines en producción.
Requisitos
- +7 años de experiencia como Data Engineer o en roles similares.
- Experiencia en construcción de pipelines en cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).
- Conocimiento sólido de Python, Spark, SQL y herramientas ETL/ELT modernas (Azure Data Factory, DBT, Databricks, Glue, etc.).
- Experiencia en arquitecturas Data Lake / Lakehouse.
- Experiencia con herramientas de orquestación (Airflow, ADF, similares) y CI/CD.
- Buen entendimiento de modelado de datos y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
- Perfil con mentalidad constructora y capacidad de trabajar en proyectos desde cero.

Buscamos un/a Data Engineer con entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia en proyectos de ingeniería de datos y, preferiblemente, con conocimientos en análisis de datos.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar la integración, continuidad y evolución de los flujos de datos, dando soporte a los procesos de reporting internos y externos. Responsabilidades
Integrar de forma eficiente distintas fuentes de datos en el Data Lake para soportar informes internos y externos.
