What You'll Do
- Coordinate all aspects of business travel including flights, hotels, transfers, taxis, and restaurants for employees and visitors
- Manage travel-related documentation such as cash advances, travel insurance, and expense tracking
- Act as the primary point of contact for all travelers, providing guidance and assistance before, during, and after trips
- Perform risk assessments for each trip, ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards
- Liaise with the internal team to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and align travel arrangements with company budgets
- Support technicians and engineers traveling to customer sites, suppliers, and production facilities, ensuring smooth logistics tailored to their needs
- Monitor and respond to last-minute travel disruptions or emergencies, providing quick solutions to keep schedules on track
- Maintain accurate travel records and provide reporting on travel activity, costs, and risks to management
- Build and maintain relationships with external providers including travel agencies, hotels, and transport companies to secure reliable services
- Ensure consistent communication with internal teams to forecast travel requirements and plan effectively
What You'll Do
- Proven experience in travel coordination, office administration, or logistics support in an international environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian are required; Spanish and or Dutch is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support technicians, engineers, and managers effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
- Solid understanding of travel risk assessments, insurance, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience with ERP or travel booking systems is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills when dealing with travel agencies, hotels, and transport providers
- A customer-service mindset combined with attention to detail to ensure seamless travel experiences

En Destinus estamos buscando una persona cualificada y con experiencia para el puesto de Mozo/a de Almacén para turno de mañana o tarde. En esta posición serás el responsable de supervisar el funcionamiento sin problemas de nuestro taller y de gestionar las operaciones de aprovisionamiento. El candidato ideal tendrá un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia y un sólido conocimiento en prácticas estratégicas de aprovisionamiento.
Responsabilidades
- Recepción de pedidos en almacén y colocación en las ubicaciones requeridas
- Organización y almacenamiento de productos en el almacén
- Registro de pedidos en el sistema ERP{{:}} entrega, salida a producción y/o a otras entidades del grupo. Gestión de inventario
- Comunicación con departamento de compras, ingeniería y producción para el correcto uso del almacen y control del stock
- Comunicación de posibles problemas en las entregas con el dto de Compras (pagos pendientes de aranceles, documentación pendiente etc)
- Implementación de prácticas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
- Se requieren habilidades organizativas y de comunicación comprobadas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e interpersonales.
- Orientado al detalle, metódico y ordenado
- Deseable experiencia en Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) con sus módulos de almacén. Necesario experiencia con sistemas ERP con sus módulos de gestión de almacén
- Hablar un minimo de ingles. (A2-B1)

We are looking for a motivated UAV Flight-Testing and Production Intern to join our team and assist in developing and testing the Hornet Interceptor, a cutting-edge electric UAV in the 10kg class. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting flight tests and production, providing a unique opportunity to work on an advanced UAV system designed for high performance. The intern will gain valuable insights into operational and documentation processes and help facilitate the communication between engineering and production teams.
Tasks
Flight Test Preparation
- Assist in preparing the Hornet Interceptor for flight tests, ensuring all systems, including avionics and propulsion, are operational and thoroughly checked.
- Perform pre-flight inspections and verify all components are installed and functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with engineering and workshop teams to ensure hardware, software, and onboard systems are correctly configured for testing.
Flight Testing Support
- Participate in on-site testing of the Hornet Interceptor, assisting with the launch, monitoring, and recovery of the UAV.
- Provide real-time support during flight operations, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
- Collect and record flight data for post-flight analysis, assisting in evaluating the performance of the UAV.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of each flight test, including test conditions, results, and any issues encountered.
- Contribute to technical reports and data analysis following flight tests, providing valuable insights for future improvements to the Hornet Interceptor.
Engineering-Production Interface
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to streamline communication and ensure feedback from testing is integrated into production processes.
- Assist in implementing design updates and modifications to the Hornet Interceptor based on flight test outcomes.
- Support efforts to optimize production workflows, ensuring consistency and high quality in the UAV build process.
General Tasks
- Assist in the management and organization of flight test equipment and supplies.
- Participate in team meetings, offering feedback on test procedures and the performance of the Hornet Interceptor.
- Provide additional support to the engineering or production teams as required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong interest in UAV technology, particularly in electric propulsion and flight systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.
- A basic understanding of UAV systems, sensors, and flight control systems is preferred.
- Technical writing skills for documenting procedures, flight results, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, electronics, or mechanical systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varied conditions during flight tests.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules associated to flight-testing.
