What You’ll Do

• Ensure Smooth Operations Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions.
• Manage Shipment Accuracy Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed.
• Optimize Costs & Transparency Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
• Enhance Coordination Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Streamline Processes Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management.
  
  

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and transport management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers.
