Buscamos un/a FRONTEND DEVELOPER con experiencia de al menos 2 años en desarrollo web con Javascript/Typescript y frameworks actuales como Angular 2+, React o Vue para integrarse en nuestro equipo del departamento de Transformación Digital y Consultoría (TD), en modalidad FULL REMOTE.

¿QUÉ HARÁS CON NOSOTROS?
- Desarrollo frontend web en entornos Javascript/Typescript (principalmente con framework Angular +2, aunque en algunos proyectos también trabajamos con React o Vue).
- Ayudar a dar forma a las decisiones funcionales y tecnológicas en un entorno ágil verdaderamente colaborativo.
- Ser parte de todo el ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones creando un código sobresaliente, promoviendo soluciones listas para usar y mejores prácticas.
- Crear código escalable y fácil de mantener, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
Requisitos mínimos
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años como Frontend Developer.
- Experiencia en entornos Javascript y Typescript.
- Experiencia con frameworks actuales como Angular 2+.
- Experiencia con HTML y CSS.
- Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales.
- Experiencia con GIT.
- Conocimientos de uso de bash y terminal linux.
- Conocimientos y buenas prácticas para consumir API Rest.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en testing end2end de frontend. Con Jest + puppeteer, cypress o similar
- Conocimiento de los principios SOLID y de buenas prácticas de código limpio.
- Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles y SCRUM.
- Conocimientos y buenas soluciones en la usabilidad (UX) de la app.
Requisitos deseados
- Experiencia con AWS
- Comprensión y experiencia trabajando con buenas prácticas de desarrollo como TDD y DDD.

Role Description
As part of the International HR team, the HR Generalist supports the HR administration and day-to-day management for all requirements relating to our employees located in Spain and Latin America. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of HR management to the right candidate who is keen to learn, develop, and shape HR processes and practices.
The role will be responsible for providing effective HR support to all the employees located in the assigned countries, irrespective of function or business unit. This requires the ability to work in a matrixed organisation and in close coordination with HR Business Partners.
The incumbent must be located in Alicante, Spain.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
What you will be doing
- Primary point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters, liaise with employees to address their needs, inquiries and issues, and escalate when appropriate
- Manage the administrative process for the end-to-end employee life cycle from hiring to termination within the relevant company processes, including but not limited to Oracle Cloud, DocuSign, JobVite and more.
- Recruitment: pre-post support to the managers, compensation benchmarking and recommendations, job postings, management of applications, regional hiring formalities, short-listing and interviewing candidates, offer benchmarking and negotiation
- Prepare any relevant employment documentation: offers, employment agreements, addendums, terminations agreements
- Manage new hire onboarding and integration
- Support the accounting team on monthly payroll
- Administrate the local compensation & benefits for the assigned jurisdictions: allowances, insurances, on-calls, visas and associated processes and updates in Employee Handbooks in a timely manner
- Case management of any employee relations matters, including disciplinary action where required
- PTO follow-up and management of the PurelyHR time tracking tool
- HR communications including updates on benefits, recruitment (employee referrals), welcome messages to new hires, organization announcements etc.
- Support Global HR programs including annual salary review, performance management, engagement, employee activities etc.
- Solid knowledge of good HR practice & policy
- Experience of working in a multi-national global company, preferably a US publicly listed company
- Strong organizational and planning skills including time management and autonomy
