En Hospes Amérigo buscamos un/a Food and Beverage Manager que desempeñe las siguientes funciones:
- Planificación y control de las áreas de restauración del Hotel.
- Gestión y participación en la facturación, cobro, cuadre y liquidación de la recaudación.
- Velar por la satisfacción del cliente durante su estancia en los restaurantes, bares o salones, así como asegurar un servicio correspondiente a los estándares definidos.
- Supervisar la recepción y acogida de los clientes.
- Gestionar y supervisar las compras del departamento.
- Realización de inventarios, control de ratios, costes, controles de materiales, mercancías, etcétera, de uso en el departamento.
- Realizar las tareas de atención al cliente específicas del servicio.
- Realización de horarios, turnos, y control vacaciones departamento.
- Participar en la actualización de oferta de bodega y bar.
- Coordinar la gestión de eventos corporativos o familiares.
- Participar en la formación del personal a su cargo.
- Desarrollar una actitud comercial con el fin de mejorar los indicadores de servicio del punto de venta y promocionar el conjunto de los servicios del hotel.
- Poner en marcha los medios necesarios para asegurar la buena coordinación del punto de venta con la cocina.
- Aplicar los Estándares de calidad de la Cadena siguiendo el Manual de Procedimientos.
- Experiencia previa en puestos similares de al menos 3 años en hoteles de 5* / Cadenas Hoteleras de prestigio / Restaurantes gastronómicos.
- Formación reglada en restauración y/o gestión hotelera.
- Orientación a resultados. Conocimiento de estructuras de costes en A+B.
- Capacidad de liderazgo de equipos humanos.
- Conocimientos de cafetería y barra.
- Nivel Alto de Inglés, se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
