Our Wholesale Merchandising Department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
Your role will be:
- Create and update sales reports (weekly and ad hoc).
- Support the Wholesale Merch team in the Buying sessions working on the Product info to be shared with our Partners, set up of the Buying tool to assure the offer is available, Client orders consolidation in the panorama reports, analyse best sellers, check buying guidelines in the Clients orders.
- Work closely with the Supply chain team for the stock inbounds follow up.
- Support the Wholesale Merch team in the reorder process management to maximize the stock profitability and maximize the Key partners sales potential.
- Analyse data to identify trends in sales, product categories, and markets.
- Day to day communication with other departments: Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain.
What is important for the role:
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Wholesale or Retail.
- Collaborative team player.
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
- Good analytical skills.
- High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Being able to sign an internship agreement (convenio).

Your role will be:
- Update and build KPIs & BI reports
- Support in the implementation of Power BI reports for the team
- Demand planning
- Weekly offer & demand report
- Support in preparing monthly S&OP managerial meeting that provides an end-to-end vision of the S&OP status cross-function
What you need for the role:
- Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude are a must
- Good level of Microsoft office programs (mainly Power Point and Excel) is mandatory. Power BI will be a plus
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn from others and high motivation towards facing new challenges
- Highly collaborative working style and empathy
- Well-organized, comfortable in working in fast paced environments
- High level of English is mandatory, other languages (French and Spanish) will definitively be a plus
- Entry-Level experience (including internships) in Sales/ Demand Planning or Business Analyst in Luxury fashion and/or luxury will be definitively a plus

About your role:
- Training Logistics: Managing materials and resources, including venue booking and online session scheduling for programs like DE&I and Discovering LOEWE - Madrid.
- Content Development: Assisting in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and other learning resources to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Tracking and Budgeting: Tracking training activities, invoices, and purchase orders, helping to manage the budget and streamline financial processes.
- Project Support: Supporting various projects to promote a learning and D&I culture, including content updates on the Loop L&D Community and 360L registrations.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
- You’ll receive study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
