We are looking for a Project Manager Officer Intership (Leather Goods & Accessories) to join temporaly our Development team to give support to the area. The position will report to the Project Manager Officer assigned (tutor) and will help fully developing collection of Leather Goods and Accesories within established time, cost and quality standards.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Our internships run for 6-12 months full time
Your role will be:
As part of the PMO area, in the Development department at LOEWE, you will:
- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects relevant to the company.
- Your daily tasks will include:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency, including the identification of bottlenecks, clarification of roles and responsibilities (RACI matrices), and implementation of process improvements.
- Identify standardization opportunities across Product Development activities and contribute to the design and implementation of best practices, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Support cross-functional project coordination, ensuring alignment between teams and facilitating the timely achievement of project milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
- Monitor collection calendars and milestones
- Track project progress and action plans, following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and project teams.
- This is a full-time, in-person position, located in Getafe.
- Start Date: July, 2026
About you:
- Analytical skills to interpret data and extract key conclusions.
- Experience in program and project management, including planning and execution of activities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment will be positively valued.
