Our Sustainability department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
About your role:
Our Sustainability Intern will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the organization's sustainability initiatives. This position will assist in data collection, analysis, program coordination, and communication efforts to advance the company's environmental and social responsibility goals.
Your main tasks will involve:
- Data Collection and Management:
Collect and compile data related to the company's environmental impact across the value chain (e.g., raw materials sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, waste management, energy consumption) as wekk as maintaining accurate and organized databases for sustainability data.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of regular sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders, including annual reports, analyse sustainability data to identify trends, patterns, areas for improvement and support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability goals.
- Communications:
Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to promote the company's sustainability initiatives. You will also have to create content for various communication channels, including website newsletters, and presentations. Finally ,you will support employee engagement programs to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices within the company.
- Project Support:
Provide support to sustainability projects and initiatives across different departments, conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in sustainability within the fashion industry and assist in the development of sustainability policies and procedures.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- Our internships run for 6-12 months, and the hours will generally be 9-18.30 Mondays to Thursdays and 9-15 on Fridays
- You’ll receive study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
About you:
- C1 English Level both written and spoken
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Sustainability
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
- Entry level / no previous experience needed just a lot of enthusiasm and willingness to work.
- High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages are a plus
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs
