Our General Affairs department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
About your role:
- Promote on-line store security training
- Gathering of information and subsequent preparation of reports warning of potential risks to the business in areas such as stores, logistics, etc.
- Travel safety, if applicable. Identification of the advisory system for personnel moving to areas of potential risk.
- Monitoring the implementation of security measures in facilities.
- Follow-up and promotion of ongoing investigations.
- Open source investigations.
- Identification of warning and management tools and security incidents.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
- You’ll receive study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
About you:
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in something related to Human Resources
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
- High level of both Spanish and English, French knowledge will be definitely a plus
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs: high Excel level. Knowledge of Power BI will be valuable.

Your role will be:

- Create and run report to measure the lead time of the operations.
- Making faster and more fluid the logistic flow of the spare part production and central spare part stock.
- Forecast and produce a regional safety stock of spare parts for the regions (Spare part safety stock project).
What you need for the role:
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, engineering school, business school, university, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and your ability to react quickly.
- Comfortable with figures and analysis.
- Organisational, analytical, and rigorous skills.
- Team player.
- Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and power point

-Assist in managing employee benefits, such as meal assistance (monthly meal allowance, card management, etc.) and executive car services.
-Provide technical and administrative support in generating salary offers, letters, and certificates.
-Monitor the onboarding process for international employees in Spain (Relocation), coordinating with various providers:
- Oversee immigration services (Visa, NIE, etc.).
- Assist in locating temporary apartments/hotels.
- Manage travel arrangements for initial arrival.
- Coordinate relocation services and approve suppliers.

- Build and updating key reports, support their onboarding to TMS y SRM tools.
