YOUR MISSION

You will support the People Tech team in ensuring the smooth operation of Workday by managing and resolving system-related requests, assisting with testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of People processes and tools. You will play a key role in helping deliver a seamless user experience and ensuring data accuracy..

THE JOURNEY

• Support and control Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Support the team on analyzing, investigating, and resolving Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
• Help with testing new configurations in Workday.
• Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
• Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
• Support to end-users as necessary.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Availability for 6 months full-time internship
• Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Nice to have: previous experience using any HRIS (Workday, SAP, Factorial, etc)
• Nice to have: familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, or time tracking through digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

YOUR MISSION

The PR and Communications team is a vital part of the Glovo business. The team’s core objective is to communicate the positive impact Glovo is having on our ecosystem: from customers and couriers to more than 150,000 local stores and restaurants we are privileged to call our partners. We pursue one vision - to build the largest marketplace in your city to give you access to anything in minutes.

We are looking for an intern to join our team. In this role, you will be a part of the global PR & Communications team based in our HQ in Barcelona. THE JOURNEY

• Support the Global PR & Communications team in creating media strategies and engagement
• Help define tools and materials to support local teams.
• Draft key internal and external documents: corporate positionings, key messages, project decks, press releases, Q&A for media, interview briefings for executives, etc.
• Help developing corporate narratives in different formats: press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, social media content, etc
• Global Media monitoring and reporting to track Glovo’s coverage and industry news to provide interesting insights & trends to the team.
• Find new opportunities for Glovo to engage in speaking opportunities and special events
• Support in media outreach and assisting in proposing and drafting media pitches
• Be able to turn Glovo’s data into compelling stories for the media and other stakeholders
• Participate and organise creative brainstorming sessions to find the best ways of communicating different Glovo initiatives
• Assist the team during crisis situations
• Regularly audit metrics to continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across narratives & countries
• Work with different departments on cross-functional projects.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Currently studying a degree or recently graduated in Communication, PR, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Availability for 6 months full-time internship within university studies

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join the Lifecycle Data team in our Barcelona HQ.

Data Science, Machine Learning, and Experimentation are key drivers of Glovo’s customer engagement strategy. Data scientists at Lifecycle own some of the most impactful models and insights that optimize Glovo’s user retention and loyalty. This includes churn prediction models, customer segmentation, lifetime value modeling, and personalized recommendation engines. As a Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that directly impact Glovo’s ability to maximize user engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value.

THE JOURNEY

• Develop, test, and productionize predictive and prescriptive algorithms using state-of-the-art machine learning, statistical inference, and optimization models.
• Evaluate algorithms through controlled offline (e.g., cross-validation) and online experiments (e.g., A/B testing, uplift modeling).
• Contribute to one or more of the following areas: churn prediction, customer segmentation, lifetime value modeling, and personalized recommendations.
• Design and implement experiments to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle initiatives, providing actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
• Work in cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, growth, and CRM, amongst others.
• Stay on top of new technologies and industry trends in data science, customer analytics, and retention strategies.
• Promote best-in-class standards, taking inspiration from industry thought leaders.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Deep theoretical and applied knowledge in at least one of the following areas: traditional machine learning, statistical modeling, causal inference, customer analytics, time series analysis, and optimization.
• Extensive experience with the end-to-end predictive/prescriptive model development cycle, from problem definition to productionalization and maintenance. This includes:
• Strong data modeling and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Luigi, Dagster) and cloud infrastructures (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Extensive experience using the Python ML and DS ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, as you will use it to collaborate with stakeholders and senior management from diverse backgrounds.
• Working knowledge of agile development.
• Change management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills in communicating with experts and non-experts alike.
  

Good To Have

• Experience in applying Data Science techniques to customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle optimization.
• Experience working with CRM data, A/B testing frameworks, and customer segmentation tools.
