Your Role As a Product Designer
As a Product Designer on the Product Design Team, you’ll play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually polished experiences across Appspace products. You’ll collaborate closely with other product designers, developers, and cross-functional partners to translate ideas into thoughtful, user-centered designs that bring clarity and delight to our customers.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong visual design sensibility with a solid understanding of UX fundamentals — a designer who’s passionate about building scalable interfaces that feel cohesive across our platform.

- Design & User Experience
- Contribute to the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design features that solve real user problems while maintaining consistency across Appspace.
- Participate in user testing and design critiques to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts and flows.
- Iterate based on feedback and data to refine usability and visual design.
- Design clean, accessible, and cohesive UI components that align with our design system and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is met throughout implementation.
- Partner with other designers to maintain consistency, share learnings, and elevate design quality across the product suite.
- Stay curious — explore design trends, tools, and technologies that help push our UX/UI forward.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio work.
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate your design process, visual craft, and problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (a plus).
For all our team members, we offer a variety of benefits from competitive salaries, employer paid medical, dental and vision coverage and mental health resources.
Additional Perks Include
- Flexible work schedules
- Remote work opportunities
- A casual dress work environment
- Appspace Quiet Fridays (No non-essential internal meetings scheduled)
- Company-provided laptop (Mac, PC, or Chromebook)
