About The Role 🚀
We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer & Co-Marketing Manager to join our Global Field Marketing team.
The role combines influencer marketing, speaker coordination, and event-driven collaborations across five key markets: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, and the DACH region.
You will work closely with Field Marketing Managers to bring relevant voices to our events, strengthen our brand presence, and identify opportunities for co-branded activations with companies or organizations aligned with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers across designated markets for social media campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate speakers and experts for virtual and in-person events, ensuring relevance and quality across markets.
- Develop and execute influencer and co-marketing campaigns aligned with Field Marketing priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and organizations that can collaborate in co-hosted events (venues, hotels, associations, hubs, sector communities, etc.).
- Work closely with Field Marketing Managers to ensure smooth integration of influencers, speakers, and co-marketing initiatives into each market’s event calendar.
- Monitor industry trends and local insights to identify new collaboration opportunities and refine the strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, event management, or PR in a SaaS/B2B environment
- Strong understanding of key European markets (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, DACH)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

About The Role
The Sales Strategy & Analytics Analyst supports Sales leadership with accurate reporting, forecasting inputs, and data-driven insights. This role develops core performance dashboards, analyzes pipeline and revenue trends, and contributes to business reviews that help improve sales execution and predictability.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership
- Support QBRs and WBRs with structured reporting and performance insights.
- Translate business questions into analyses that guide sales focus and resource allocation.
- Maintain Sales OKRs and performance scorecards.
- Analyze pipeline trends, conversion metrics, and leading indicators.
- Maintain and improve inputs to forecasting models.
- Use account and opportunity scoring models to support prioritization.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align on targets, definitions, and reporting.
- Produce concise reporting for managers and executives.
- Communicate findings using structured problem-solving and data storytelling.
- Analytical Skills: Excel/Sheets / SQL / PowerBI proficiency; ability to analyze funnel metrics; comfort handling large datasets
- Business Acumen: Understanding of SaaS sales motions; basic knowledge of pipeline stages and forecasting concepts
- Communication: Clear summarization of insights; strong written communication; ability to present simple findings
- Tools & Systems: Experience with CRM (Hubspot preferred); BI tools (PowerBI, SQL); ability to maintain dashboards
- Collaboration: Works effectively with Sales, RevOps, and Finance; takes direction well; proactive follow-up
- Execution & Ownership: Delivers accurate work on time; strong attention to detail; comfortable with ambiguity
