The position

Black Bull Group Is Looking For a Back Office Assistant Who Support To The KAM And Operations Team Of The Business Unit In The Administrative, Documentary And Invoicing Management Project And Operations, As Well As The Potential And Real Opportunities And Operations Of The Company.

• Receive the request for quotation and services required by the client
• Management with suppliers of the required quotes.
• Coordination with suppliers to meet deadlines in quotations.
• Review the quotes received from the supplier.
• Reviewing, preparation and sending of the proposals to the client.
• Nomination of the supplier and submission of the checklist and documentation.
• Signing contract with the client.
• Sending appropiate information to Operations team.
• Handling the Invoicing process.
