¿Cuál será tu misión?

La finalidad de la posición es la de situarnos como laboratorio referente de salud bucodental y poder conseguir los objetivos marcados.

¿Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición?

• Formación preferentemente en Ciencias de la Salud (Biología, Química, Farmacia, Odontología, o similar).
• Valorable formación en área Comercial y Marketing.
• Inglés hablado a nivel intermedio.
• Experiencia previa de 2-3 años en las funciones descritas.
• Usuario/a habitual de herramientas CRM o ERP.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Dotes de comunicación y negociación (escucha activa y elocuencia)
• Capacidad de planificación en base al análisis de datos
• Orientación a la consecución de objetivos/resultados
• Habilidad para entender objetivos comunes y trabajar en equipo

Tus responsabilidades serán:

• Analizar rutas asignadas y preparar previamente cada visita para tener claro los objetivos de las mismas.
• Establecer planes de acción que permitan la consecución de los objetivos marcados.
• Visitar a los profesionales segmentados de la zona asignada.
• Presentar y argumentar las propiedades de los productos del portafolio a las clínicas para conseguir los acuerdos de receta.
• Dar seguimiento y soporte a incidencias de clientes.
• Cumplir las normas de gestión de residuos, con las buenas prácticas ambientales en su puesto de trabajo, así como cualquier otro requerimiento de la dirección i/o persona responsable del SIG con el fin de adecuar y cumplir con los requisitos legales y otros requisitos aplicables.
• Comunicar posibles mejoras ambientales a implantar o bien detección de irregularidades detectadas.

NoOffer DescriptionIdiPAZ selects a Medical Specialist in Clinical Pharmacology under the professional category of Senior Graduate to join the research group led by Antonio Javier Carcas Sansuan, Area Specialist in Clinical Pharmacology at the Hospital Universitario la Paz.The IdiPAZ Health Research Institute is the result of a partnership between the Hospital Universitario La Paz, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Healthcare Advisory Council of the Community of Madrid and the Foundation for Biomedical Research of Hospital Universitario La Paz, which will be the managing body of the Institute.

This strategic alliance has made it possible to tackle research projects through joint multidisciplinary teams belonging to these institutions, making the most of the human and material resources available to these entities for research and promoting research fundraising.In 2021, the scientific production of IdiPAZ included more than 1,600 publications (articles, editorials, letters, reviews, etc), 43% of the publications being our own documents.

Original research and review articles by IdiPAZ researchers exceeded 1,200, more than 45% in the first quartile and more than 16% were published in journals of the first decile.

Researchers from our institute have shown their participation in national and international scientific networks, with more than 81% of the total number of papers published in collaboration (81.3%).

As for collaborative publications, almost 56% were national collaborations and 45% were international collaborations.Since our formal incorporation as an Institute in 2009, we have been implementing measures and actions of particular importance that have laid the foundations for a new organizational culture based on equality, diversity and non-discrimination.
