Due to our continued growth, we are opening a position for a Support Operations Specialist to help manage daily operations. This is an on-site position based in our office in Estepona, Andalusia, Spain.

About the role: As a Support Operations Specialist, you will help coordinate daily tasks between clients, partners, and teams to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Control appointments with clients and partners
• Simplify the onboarding process for new partners by providing administrative assistance
• Maintain accurate records following company policies
• Coordinate with other teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth processes
• Provide daily administrative support to improve internal processes
• Use Artificial Intelligence to streamline processes for business growth

What you bring to the team:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate understanding of construction and repair work
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of Lithuanian would be considered a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
