Acommodation Officer, International Luxury Resort

LHH Malaga is looking for an Accommodation Officer for the HR department of a 5* international luxury resort.
Your main objective will be to be responsible for the Management of the Accommodation for the staff, preparing the rooming in liaison with the Apartment Manager, taking care of the arrival of the employees and students, onboarding and needs they might have during their stay at Ikos Resorts.
+ Main duties:
-To have full knowledge of the premises, functioning and policies of the Accommodation.
-To be in continuous contact with the Accommodation owners and managers with regards to room availability and incidents that can arise.
-To organize transfer and other services for the staff with external suppliers and follow up to provide a smooth function of them.
-To provide the staff with assistance and information related to basic needs, doctor’s appointment, and local areas.
-To arrange flight tickets and arrivals of some employees.
-To accompany the staff to clerical and medical appointments when required.
-To prepare Onboarding Manual for new employees and official communications for the allocated staff at our accommodation.
-To design employee surveys, do the follow up and analyse the results.
-To be in charge of the design and implementation of the “Employee of the Month Program”.
-To assist other areas of Human Resources Department when needed.
+ Requirements:
-Experience in reception/accommodation management, accompanying workers or similar roles
- High level of spoken English and Spanish
- Availability to work alternate weekends

- Fixed salary of between 27-29K gross per annum
