We're looking for anOpportunity Development Representative (ODR)to be part of the International team ofParking Guidance System (PGS), afast-paced, rapidly growing company recently recognized as the 12th fastest-growing company in Texas, US.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly global environment, connecting with colleagues and partners from across the world while helping us expand into new markets.

• What you'll do
  
  

Research and profile target accounts, identifying key stakeholders.

Generate interest and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media.

Develop and nurture leads, scheduling follow-up meetings for Sales reps.

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline growth.

Follow up on campaigns, provide feedback to leadership, and report activities in HubSpot.

Build relationships with prospects and position PGS as a strategic partner.

• What we're looking for
  
  

Previous experience in Business Development or Sales Development is preferred.

Bachelor's degree required.

Fluency inEnglish(mandatory) + at least one additional European language.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
