¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Planificarás, coordinarás y supervisarás los equipos de trabajo, incluyendo subcontratistas.
- Asegurarás el correcto avance de las obras y garantizarás la provisión de insumos esenciales.
- Gestionarás pedidos de materiales para la ejecución efectiva del proyecto.
- Controlarás la producción y los costes, optimizando recursos.
- Realizarás mediciones y certificaciones con precisión.
- Elaborarás ofertas técnicas y económicas de forma estratégica.
- Integrarás las mejores prácticas en seguridad y prevención.
- Resolverás incidencias y gestionarás acciones correctivas para la mejora continua.

Requisitos
Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Técnica Industrial o áreas afines.
- Experiencia previa de 4 años en entornos industriales.
- Se valorará experiencia en andamiaje en entornos industriales y en plantas químicas, petroquímicas y nucleares.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel y ofimática.
- Valorable: conocimientos en Microsoft Project y nivel B2 de Inglés (o superior).

The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global organisations as a seasoned IT Project Manager.

Our client is looking for someone who is adept at creating and improving upon existing IT Project Management documentation and methodologies in the organisation.

Our client is looking for a passionate, positive, and experienced Project Manager who brings energy to teams, is enthusiastic about modern project delivery, and is skilled in navigating and driving change management in complex environments.

The role would be offered on a remote basis but only open to candidates in EMEA.

The successful candidate would need to be available to start no later than mid July 2025, with initial contract being on offer until the end of the year plus the option to extend for a further 12 months.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting who has delivered results, not powerpoints, to become a Work Arquitect in our team.

Someone who thrives in high-pressure environments and a background from hands-on, complex problem-solving roles such as process engineering, operations management, manufacturing or similar, where decisions under pressure are the standard.

You will rock at this role if you have:

• Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments
• Exceptional communication abilities; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences
• You're a systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes
• You're comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance
• You maintain composure and effectiveness when facing tough stakeholders
• Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement).
• Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact are a must.
• A heart for teamwork, collective mindset and someone who prioritizes the weover the me
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment.
