Camping Riberduero is a charming and rustic campsite situated on the outskirts of Peñafiel, in the heart of Spain's renowned Ribera del Duero wine region. The campsite features 41 pitches, 10 cozy bungalows, a pool, and recreational areas, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities. Its prime location allows visitors to easily access historical cities such as Segovia, Valladolid, Burgos, and Palencia within an hour’s drive. The campsite is dedicated to providing memorable experiences for all its, mostly international, guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/All-round Employee at Camping Riberduero, located in Peñafiel, Spain. Responsibilities include handling receptionist duties such as guest check-ins, providing friendly and professional customer service, answering phone inquiries, maintaining reservation systems, and assisting with general campsite operations and guest experiences. Flexibility in supporting other areas as needed will also be important.

Qualifications

• High level of Spanish and English; additional languages such as Dutch are a big plus
• Strong abilities in Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations
• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with guests
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Previous experience in hospitality, campsites, or similar environments is an advantage
