• Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente, desde darle una cálida bienvenida hasta proporcionarle un proceso de pago eficiente
• Ayudar a los clientes a dar lo mejor de sí ofreciéndoles la ropa y las zapatillas que mejor se adaptan a sus necesidades
• Transmitir todo lo que sabes y te gusta de nuestros productos y promocionar el programa de recompensas de UA.
• Abastecer, asegurar la correcta presentación de la tienda y limpiarla
• Trabajar en la zona de ventas y en el almacén según sea necesario, incluido el punto de venta y la caja
• Atender a los clientes en todos nuestros canales considerando también nuestras experiencias digitales
• Demostrar competencias de colaboración y capacidad para el trabajo en equipo
• Tener capacidad para trabajar en entornos definidos por plazos y con un ritmo intenso
• Ganar la fidelidad de los clientes informándoles sobre nuestros programas de recompensas

• Tener al menos 18 años o 16 y contar con el permiso de tus padres o tutores legales
• Ser capaz de desenvolverse por la zona de ventas, el almacén y la oficina, y poder levantar bultos de hasta 12 kg
• Hablar con fluidez el idioma local del lugar donde se encuentre la tienda. Se valora también el inglés
• Tener disponibilidad para flexibilizar el horario y trabajar en festivos, hasta tarde o durante los fines de semana si es necesario
• Tener buenas capacidades comunicativas
• Poder realizar todas las funciones esperadas del puesto
• Poder agacharse, colocarse en posición de sentadilla, alcanzar objetos colocados en altura, subirse a una escalera de mano o estar en pie largos periodos de tiempo
• Tener facilidad o interés en la tecnología (informática, dispositivos móviles, etc.)

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear

• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation

Buscamos un/a Assistant Store Manager para nuestra tienda del Outlet de Mallorca. Sus funciones serán:

Apoyo y soporte al/la Store Manager en las siguientes funciones:

• Entender las necesidades del cliente y brindar un servicio excepcional y personalizado acorde a nuestros valores.
• Reportar y apoyar constantemente a tu Manager en todas las necesidades de la tienda y consecución de objetivos.
• Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción.
• Reponer, gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los productos que tengamos en tienda y stock.
• Ejecutar las guías de Visual Merchandising para que el espacio y productos siempre se presenten al cliente de forma atractiva y óptima.
• Cumplimiento y seguimiento de KPIs y objetivos de tienda.
• Transmitir el conocimiento del producto, nuestra historia y espíritu en movimiento que construye el futuro.
