Office ERP

El puesto de técnico/a de logística se enfoca en planificar, coordinar y supervisar las actividades logísticas de la organización, garantizando el soporte operativo necesario para el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos de investigación, eventos, desplazamientos y adquisición de materiales y servicios. Su labor será clave para garantizar que todos los procesos operativos relacionados con la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de compras, movimientos de materiales, organización de eventos, viajes y soporte a proyectos se realicen de forma eficiente, ordenada y cumpliendo con los plazos y estándares de calidad establecidos. Responsabilidades y funciones

• Gestión de compras: solicitud de presupuestos, comparativas y pedidos a proveedores.
• Control de inventario y almacenamiento de equipos y otros materiales requeridos por el personal.
• Organización logística de eventos, ferias, congresos y actividades de la empresa.
• Coordinación de viajes y desplazamientos del personal (reserva de transporte, alojamiento, dietas).
• Apoyo en la recepción y envío de pedidos.
• Relación con proveedores, compañías de reparto y servicios técnicos.
• Elaboración de documentación logística (albaranes, facturas, justificantes, etc.).
• Registro y seguimiento de incidencias logísticas.
• Soporte general a otras áreas operativas según necesidad.

If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £149,636 in the UK, and €105,737 and €143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.
