Chez LA DIFF, nous combinons expertise commerciale, sens du produit et passion éditoriale pour mettre en valeur des publications innovantes, créatives et résolument actuelles.
Nous accompagnons au quotidien des maisons d’édition aux identités fortes, en assurant la visibilité de leurs ouvrages dans tous les circuits de distribution : librairies indépendantes, grandes surfaces spécialisées, réseaux culturels et enseignes en ligne.
Au sein de l’équipe marketing, vous interviendrez sur un large périmètre de missions :
- Le suivi de l’activité : par la réalisation et la mise à jour de reporting à destination des équipes internes et des éditeurs partenaires.
- La préparation des cycles de prospection annuels : analyse des historiques de ventes, définition des objectifs par titre.
- La conception des outils d’aide à la vente (bons de commande, books commerciaux, argumentaires) pour accompagner les équipes terrain.
- L’analyse des performances des lancements et des opérations commerciales, avec proposition de plans d’action ciblés.
- L’élaboration des supports de présentation à destination des enseignes
Vous avez développé une solide culture produit, un bon sens de l’organisation et une capacité reconnue à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve de rigueur, de dynamisme et aimez travailler en équipe. Curieux(se) et connecté(e) aux tendances, vous avez une véritable affinité avec les univers graphiques et narratifs : bande dessinée, manga, fantasy, science-fiction, romance ou encore true crime.
À l’aise avec les chiffres, vous êtes capable d’analyser des données de manière pertinente pour orienter vos recommandations.
La maîtrise du pack Office, notamment Excel, est indispensable ; la connaissance du panel GFK serait un atout supplémentaire.

Responsibilities
CENTER OPERATIONS:
- Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed and responsible business decisions.

- Finalize sales and bookings that are generated through online self-sign-up flow.
- Source and attend local events to increase brand awareness, and drive incremental leads and memberships.
- Foster a coaching culture - see something, say something.
- Continuously assess and document coaches based on the KidStrong Coach DNA profile and class quality.
- Partner with the General Manager on onboarding, managing, training, and evaluating coaching candidates.
- Manage and support the ongoing professional development of staff through LearnUpon.
- Communicate professionally with co-workers in slack and Email, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers.
- Coach students by delivering an evolving curriculum that focuses on Brain, Physical, and Character development for ages ranging from walking to 11 years-old approximately as required by business demands.
- Understand the “why” behind the KidStrong curriculum and be able to clearly and concisely communicate it.
- Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various programming and curriculum elements.
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lifting and repeatedly moving equipment up to 25 pounds in weight.

Position Summary
The New Orleans Saints Fan Experience Department is seeking passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Game Day Ambassadors for the 2025 season. This part-time, seasonal position is essential in providing exceptional customer service to fans attending New Orleans Saints games at the Caesars Superdome. As a Saints Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring a world-class experience for every fan.
What You Will Be Doing
- Be the first friendly face fans see upon arrival at the Caesars Superdome, setting the tone for an unforgettable game day experience.
- Assist the Fan Experience Department with fan relations during all home games for the New Orleans Saints, ensuring a safe and professional event.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the stadium facilities (entrances, ticket scanning, concessions, seating areas, event activations, amenities, etc.) to deliver top-tier service to fans.
- Proactively monitor key areas throughout the stadium campus, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all fans and escalate issues through the appropriate channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the seamless operation of game day events
- Previous experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Must be available to work all Saints home games, as well as additional potential pre-game duties (including playoffs) and other events throughout the season.
