As part of our Field Services Technician team, you’ll provide expert-level installation and Servicess of cutting-edge technology. As a technician, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential by leveraging Services and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity as you offer what they have been looking for — peace of mind.
Who We’re Looking For
Our technician team is made up of a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. We believe in investing in our employees and providing comprehensive training and support. So, whether you’re an experienced Field Technician, a sales rep looking for a change, or just a motivated, coachable individual, we want to speak with you!
- Exceptional customer Services skills
- Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experience
- Field technician experience – cable installation, internet Installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technician
- Clean driving record and valid license
- Someone who thrives in a team environment as well as independently
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
- Climb ladders up to 14 feet
- Work in attics and other limited-space areas
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Dans le cadre d'un programme d'Activités Physiques Adaptées en pagayage pour des femmes atteintes ou en rémission d'un cancer du sein, le Nantes Atlantique Canoë Kayak (NACK) recherche pour son groupe des Pink Dragon Ladies un(e) éducateur sportif/éducatrice sportive spécialisé(e) en APA pour encadrer leurs séances hebdomadaires de Dragon Boat. Une connaissance en sport de pagaie serait un plus.
Conditions Du Postes
- Horaires: les samedis, de 9h30 à 12h
- Localisation: La Jonelière, sur les bords de l'Erdre.
- Disponibilités: De janvier 2026 à juin 2026, hors période de vacances scolaires zone B.
- Encadrer et animer des séances de pagayage (Dragon Boat) adaptées aux capacités et besoins des participantes
- Veiller à la sécurité physique et psychologique du groupe pendant les séances
- Adapter les exercices en fonction des limitations individuelles (fatigue, douleurs, mobilité, etc.)
- Préparer à des événements/défis sportifs ponctuels
- Créer un environnement bienveillant, motivant et inclusif
- Travailler en lien avec l'équipe organisatrice
- Diplôme APA demandé
- Expérience souhaitée en encadrement de publics atteints de pathologie ou en rémission
- La connaissance des sports de pagaie est un plus
- Bon relationnel, autonomie, sens de l'écoute et capacité d'adaptation

Your Tasks
- You will manage and develop an existing customer portfolio in the field of polymer additives, identifying and unlocking new sales opportunities – with a strong focus on technical solutions that deliver real value
- With your deep application knowledge, you will advise customers on additives for flame retardancy, foaming, and other functionalities, tailored to various polymer systems and technical requirements
- You will independently handle the entire sales process – from preparing offers and negotiating prices to managing margins – and document all activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- You will proactively identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and actively implement both global and regional sales strategies
- As an interface between Customer Service and Product Development, you always keep customer satisfaction and requirements in focus
- You will monitor market and technology trends, conduct competitive analyses, and contribute valuable insights to our marketing and innovation strategies
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
- Solid professional experience in technical sales or application-oriented consulting – ideally with a focus on polymer additives or functional plastics
- A self-driven, structured working style, combined with a strong understanding of technical and commercial dynamics
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for working with international customers
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
- An interesting and dynamic role where you can actively shape both the company and the future of our Sales organization
