Desde Paul Marlex estamos colaborando con una importante empresa especializada en el diseño, desarrollo y fabricación de componentes para maquinaria y equipos industriales, en la búsqueda de un/a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER para su centro ubicado en la zona de Osona.
¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?
• Liderar y coordinar al equipo de Supply Chain y asignar sus tareas diarias en la planta productiva.
• Gestionar la demanda del cliente y la planificación interna.
• Gestionar la logística de aprovisionamiento y expediciones de productos.
• Colaborar con el resto de equipos de planta: producción, calidad, mantenimiento e ingeniería de procesos.
• Analizar y controlar la demanda y los niveles de stock en toda la cadena de suministros.
• Generar el plan de producción y controlar el cumplimiento de los KPIs.
• Liderar la gestión de nuevas industrializaciones y colaborar en la aplicación de nuevos sistemas operativos.
• Gestionar las incidencias que se puedan producir.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial o Mecánica, FP II de Fabricación Mecánica o similar.
• Experiencia profesional de al menos 5 años en un puesto de trabajo similar en una empresa del sector industrial o metalúrgico.
• Conocimientos en mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing).
• Dispones de un nivel de inglés fluido hablado y escrito.

Functions And Duties
- Personalized counter service: students, teaching staff, administrative staff, and external personnel; provide requested information, channel it, or redirect it to the appropriate departments.
- Telephone support for the Telephone Service.
- Management of messaging, parcels, and external and internal mail.
- Management of space reservations and event organization.
- Control and review of the first aid kit.
- Management of lost and found items.
- Management of keys and access cards for spaces.
- Assume functions related to the Infrastructure and General Services Area as delegated by the Supervisor and/or Director.
- Collaborate in identifying concierge and maintenance tasks, entering tasks, and monitoring them on the management platform.

En este contexto de crecimiento, buscamos un Técnico o una Técnica de Gestión del Talento que dé apoyo directo a la persona Responsable de Gestión del Talento en la consolidación de esta nueva área. Functions And Duties
- Apoyar en la redacción de perfiles profesionales, definición de competencias y preparación de documentación para nuevas convocatorias.
- Coordinar y gestionar todas las fases operativas de los procesos de selección: publicación de ofertas, cribado de candidaturas, convocatorias, comunicación con las personas participantes y apoyo en las entrevistas.
- Gestionar las incorporaciones (onboarding): preparación de documentación, acogida inicial, coordinación con otras áreas y seguimiento de las primeras semanas.
- Velar por una experiencia positiva del personal, atendiendo consultas, ofreciendo apoyo y participando en acciones de bienestar y cultura organizativa.
- Apoyar en la implementación de procesos internos del área de Gestión del Talento (formación, desarrollo, evaluación, conciliación, igualdad, etc.).
- Gestionar y actualizar la documentación y los registros vinculados a los procesos de RRHH (bases de datos, expedientes, plantillas, comunicaciones, protocolos).

En este contexto, buscamos incorporar un Técnico Superior o una Técnica Superior en Servicios Jurídicos que proporcione apoyo especializado en todos los procesos relacionados con la gestión legal, la gobernanza fundacional, la contratación, la protección de datos y el cumplimiento normativo. La persona seleccionada trabajará de forma muy directa con la dirección y la gerencia, desempeñando un rol transversal de alto valor en una etapa de cambio y consolidación estructural.
Functions And Duties
- Apoyar a la gerencia del Centro BETA en todos los aspectos jurídicos y legales del proceso de despliegue de la nueva Fundación.
- Asesorar en cuestiones de régimen laboral y relaciones contractuales del personal, en coordinación con el área de Gestión del Talento.
- Asesorar en la contratación pública o privada, revisando y redactando contratos, convenios, acuerdos de colaboración y otros instrumentos jurídicos.
- Velar por la adecuación legal de las compras, licitaciones, contrataciones y procesos internos, garantizando criterios de transparencia y seguridad jurídica.
- Apoyar en la gestión documental corporativa: acuerdos de los órganos de gobierno, políticas, registros, archivos y manuales internos.
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo (compliance) del centro en materias como protección de datos (RGPD/LOPDGDD), propiedad intelectual, transparencia, prevención de riesgos legales, entre otros.
- Proporcionar apoyo jurídico en procesos de gestión de proyectos competitivos, especialmente en la revisión de cláusulas, obligaciones y riesgos legales.
- Redactar informes, dictámenes y otros documentos jurídicos de apoyo a la dirección y la gerencia.
- Actualizar y mantener los protocolos y procedimientos internos vinculados a normativa, gobernanza y procedimientos administrativos.

Description
The BETA Technological Center is composed of a young, dynamic, and highly multidisciplinary team of more than 150 researchers. To further strengthen our scientific and innovation activities, we are seeking to incorporate a candidate with strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and motivation to contribute to the growth and impact of the center.
The selected candidate will join the “Sustainability Accounting and Optimization” Team as a Scientific Lead, taking responsibility for sustainability assessment activities across several European projects, as well as for knowledge‑transfer projects with private‑sector partners. The role offers flexibility to engage in different research domains or to leverage experience in industry collaborations and consultancy.
Functions And Duties
- Lead the execution of European research projects and knowledge transfer initiatives with private sector partners.
- Manage research teams, including supervision, coordination, and task planning.
- Drive the strategic development of the center’s scientific and technological positioning in the field of sustainability.
- Identify and promote new funding opportunities, including competitive European and national calls, as well as technology transfer and consultancy projects.
- Lead the preparation of project proposals and the formation of consortia to secure new funding.
- Represent the center in scientific and technological forums, expert groups, and clusters, and disseminate research results at conferences, technical events, and sector specific meetings.

According to Spanish Royal Decree 889/2022, recognition of qualifications issued abroad qualifies for the exercise of regulated professions in Spain.
If you apply for a teaching and research staff (PDI) or 100% research staff (PI) post without official recognition of the qualification required in the call, you should submit a declaration of equivalence issued in Spain, together with a Spanish translation of your qualification. The application for this declaration is also valid, subject to a commitment to submit the declaration of equivalence itself within a period of 3 years at most. Title
Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology, environmental sciences, economics or similar.
Certification of Level C1 in Catalan or commitment to obtain it.
Accreditation of Level B2 English or commitment to obtain it.
Advanced knowledge in life cycle assessment software, especially OpenLCA (also Gabi, SimaPro or Brightway).
Previous experience in the implementation of projects with the private sector.
Advanced knowledge in Life Cycle Analysis methodologies (consequential, PEF, etc.)
Participation in R&D European Projects
Strategic, systemic and dynamic vision.
Ability to work under pressure and subject to deadlines.

Description
The BETA Technological Center is a reference center for applied research, innovation, and knowledge transfer in the fields of sustainability, circular bioeconomy, and the agri-food sector. With a young and multidisciplinary team of more than 150 professionals, CT BETA works closely with companies, public administrations, clusters, and regional stakeholders to promote projects with real impact on rural development and the ecological transition.
Some of the main areas of work of the centre include:
- Environmental technologies and nature-based solutions.
- Management and valorisation of organic waste.
- Reduction of greenhouse gas and ammonia emissions.
- Production of biofertilisers and biostimulants.
- Sustainability assessment of agri-food products and processes.
- Promotion of regenerative agriculture, agroecology, and territorial bioeconomy.
Their work will focus especially on innovation projects aimed at developing new governance models for the nutrient cycle, such as NENUPHAR, SEACURE, GREENHOOD, or AQUAGRI-KNOW. In these projects, they will assume coordination and technical implementation tasks related to the design and analysis of governance frameworks, the integration of scientific evidence into participatory processes, and the formulation of recommendations for public administrations and other stakeholders. They will also contribute to the preparation of analytical and strategic documents, evaluation reports, recommendation guides, or result syntheses aimed at supporting decision-making.
Functions And Duties
- Coordinate and carry out activities of European projects related to governance and knowledge capitalisation, particularly in the field of sustainable nutrient management.
- Prepare synthesis and policy-oriented documents (policy briefs, strategic reports, regulatory recommendations) based on scientific evidence from R&D&I projects.
- Organise and coordinate knowledge transfer activities: technical workshops, participatory sessions, demonstrations, conferences, webinars, and technical visits.
- Maintain direct and ongoing relationships with regional, national, and European administrations, as well as sector stakeholders, to ensure the transfer and adoption of results and to identify needs, define new projects, and support their implementation.
- Promote capitalisation, mainstreaming, and knowledge adoption strategies to ensure that the centre’s results generate real impact on policies and management practices.
- Identify funding opportunities and participate in drafting new proposals related to governance, nutrients, and bioeconomy.
- Represent CT BETA in consortia, events, and international networks focused on sustainable nutrient management and bioeconomy.
