GRUPO TSK precisa incorporar en su División de Energía y Plantas Industriales un/a Contract Manager, para la Gestión Contractual de Proyectos EPC de Generación de Energía y Plantas Industriales de ámbito internacional.
Funciones
-Servir como punto de contacto dentro de la organización en asuntos contractuales.
-Proporcionar visibilidad y conocimiento de los términos de los Contratos con vistas a promover su implementación y controlar riesgos.
-Supervisar y apoyar a la organización en el cumplimiento de los términos y condiciones de los Contratos.
-Supervisar el cumplimiento por parte de clientes, proveedores y subcontratistas de los términos y condiciones contractuales.
-Preparar correspondencia formal, acuerdos de confidencialidad, acuerdos transaccionales o de cierre. Revisión de los términos y condiciones propuestos por clientes, proveedores o subcontratistas. Coordinación con servicios legales y departamentos afectados hasta que se haya alcanzado un consenso.
-Mantener registros relacionados con la Gestión Contractual, como la correspondencia formal o los cambios contractuales.
-Gestión de reclamaciones de/hacia clientes, proveedores y subcontratistas.
Requisitos:
-Preferiblemente formación en Ingeniería.
-Experiencia en la gestión contractual de Proyectos EPC de Plantas Industriales
-Inglés nivel avanzado.
