¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos a alguien que tenga al menos 2 años de experiencia en la supervisión de proyectos fotovoltaicos. 🚧 Sabemos que la construcción puede ser un desafío, pero si has manejado proyectos en este campo, ¡queremos conocerte! Tu papel será crucial en la supervisión de la fase de construcción de nuestros proyectos más emocionantes.

¿Qué harás?

• Supervisar la fase de construcción de proyectos fotovoltaicos asegurando que todo se ejecute según lo planeado. 🛠️
• Coordinar con equipos de trabajo y asegurar que se cumplan todas las normas de seguridad y calidad.
• Trabajar de cerca con ingenieros y otros supervisores para garantizar que las actividades se desarrollen sin contratiempos.
• Realizar seguimiento del progreso de la obra y reportar avances y posibles incidencias.
• Asegurar que se cumplan los plazos establecidos y que el proyecto se mantenga dentro del presupuesto asignado. 💰
  
  

• Experiencia previa en proyectos fotovoltaicos (¡imprescindible!).
• Título en Ingeniería Civil o afín.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente y proactiva.
• Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y supervisión en obra.

As a Senior Solution Engineering Manager you will:

• Manage and lead a team of world class SE's
• Become intimately acquainted with customers’ business requirements, technical needs, systems, environment and service history within your region, enabling you to manage the presentation of your team's targeted business solutions
• Present roadmap, vision, proposed architectures and business outcomes to all levels – developers, architects, CTO, CIO
• Glue together Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Support
• Liaise with the RSD on a regular basis and provide input on the forecast plan
• Transform customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
• A share of evangelism activities (Cloudera Community Connection, blogs, meetups, industry events)
  
  
  

• You have experience building, leading and managing teams
• You are passionate about fostering team culture, creating an environment for team communication, collaboration and innovation
• You can identify upcoming talent and help develop them into rock star contributors to take their career to the next level
• You have Enterprise Software and Big Data experience (you know your Pig from your Hive and your Spark) and comfortable with native Cloud Service Provider architectures and are certified in one or more
• Data Lake to you is more than ‘dump your data here’, you understand the problems of Operations, Security and Data Governance within the enterprise
• You are on good terms with Infrastructure (Hardware, Storage, Network), Java/.NET/python, and SQL
• You have an interest in Data Science and understand the difference between Data Engineering and Data Science
• You’re passionate about what you’re doing and ignite people around you
• You know your way around OSS and can prove/show it
• Four year degree (Bachelor's) from accredited university required
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  
  
  

• You already know and love core Apache Hadoop (HDFS & YARN) and can talk to the benefits of how centralized architectures for both data management and data access have evolved to separate storage and compute, and the deployment factors from public, hybrid to private
• Solution Architecture/Engineering experience as a field of practice (able to listen to customer requirements, whiteboard and propose solution architecture, and get hands-on with the tech to design, build, and demonstrate real business value)
• Streaming experience (Nifi, Kafka, Storm, Spark, Solr, Flink etc.)
• NoSQL experience (HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.) Maybe you can even debate one option over another?
• EDW experience – the Teradatas, Netezzas, GreenPlum/HAWQ, Exadatas of the world
• Integration Products experience (Tibco, MuleSoft, IBM, Oracle, Spring Integration, etc.)
• Cloudera Certified - Admin and/or Develope
