Como Responsable de Proyectos estará encargado/a de liderar equipos de reparación de palas eólicas, coordinar con clientes y proveedores, y asegurar que los proyectos se ejecuten dentro del presupuesto asignado.

).Gestionar la logística de materiales, equipos y personal necesarios para las reparaciones, optimizando el uso de recursos y minimizando el impacto ambiental.Colaborar con técnicos especializados para mejorar los procesos de reparación, reducir tiempos de inactividad y aumentar la eficiencia operativa.Monitorear y reportar el progreso de los proyectos a las partes interesadas, incluyendo clientes y dirección, presentando informes detallados con métricas de eficiencia, ahorro de costes y retorno de la inversión (ROI).Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, calidad y medioambiente aplicables a la reparación de palas eólicas, promoviendo prácticas sostenibles y minimizando el impacto ambiental de las operaciones.Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a los proyectos de reparación, especialmente en condiciones de altura y en entornos remotos, aplicando protocolos de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales.Supervisar la documentación técnica y certificaciones relacionadas con los proyectos, asegurando que todos los procesos cumplan con los requisitos legales, normativos y de calidad.Realizar cálculos de outputs (resultados) de los proyectos, incluyendo métricas de eficiencia, ahorro de costes y retorno de la inversión (ROI), para presentar informes detallados a la dirección y clientes.Requisitos:Educación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería (preferiblemente en Ingeniería Mecánica, Materiales o similar).

Se valorarán estudios adicionales en gestión de proyectos o energías renovables.Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de reparación de palas eólicas.

Experiencia en la industria eólica y conocimientos en composites y materiales de reparación.Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento avanzado de técnicas de reparación de palas, normativas de seguridad y calidad, y software de gestión de proyectos (CMMS, MS Project, etc.

).Idiomas: Español nativo y alto nivel de inglés (tanto escrito como hablado).Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a parques eólicos en España y, ocasionalmente, en el extranjero

Responsabilidades

Reportando a la dirección de Finanzas, Calidad, IT & Sistemas será responsable de dirigir y supervisar las áreas de contabilidad financiera, gestión de la tesorería y el cumplimiento fiscal de la empresa asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas contables, legales y fiscales nacionales e internacionales

• Garantizar el correcto registro de operaciones financieras y liderar la consolidación contable de filiales para proporcionar estados financieros precisos.
• Gestionar y planificar los flujos de caja a corto y largo plazo.
• Coordinar y garantizar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales nacionales e internacionales.
• Participar en decisiones estratégicas para mantener una situación financiera sólida.
• Coordinar auditorías financieras y fiscales, asegurando la transparencia y el cumplimiento normativo.
• Consolidar y supervisar los reportes financieros de las filiales y elaborar informes para dirección.
• Participar en selección, onboarding, evaluación del desempeño y definición de planes de desarrollo individuales para su equipo.
  
  

Requisitos para tener éxito en el rol

• Estudios universitarios relacionados con Finanzas, economía o similares.
• Experiencia profesional relevante de 5-8 años.
• Experiencia liderando equipos con habilidades en Trabajo en equipo para fomentar un entorno colaborativo y de apoyo.
• Orientación a Resultados con capacidad probada para alcanzar los objetivos financieros.
• Planificación y Organización, con atención al detalle y priorización de tareas.
• Nivel alto de inglés (C1).
