We are looking to hire a talented and committed Employee Relations Manager on a fixed-term basis (6 months) to play a critical role in the development of the employee relations agenda in Spain.

We are seeking a progressive, hands-on, customer-obsessed individual who will help to develop our employee relations agenda of creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement and a high performance customer obsessed culture.

The ER Manager will report to the Head of ER, Spain.

Key job responsibilities

• Take ownership and play a supporting role in significant ER projects
• Support the Spanish Management Teams and H.R Teams in shaping the Employee Relation within the Amazon policies
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Develop an understanding of the employee engagement and support the delivery of initiatives designed to achieve engagement targets which are aligned to Amazon’s ER philosophy.
• Re actively and proactively Support and advise managers and HR teams on employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with Spain and EU legislation in partnership with our Legal Department
• Define, Develop the existing arrangements for collective consultation and communication as required for the ongoing evolution of the business, in compliance with Spain labor Laws and Amazon ER policies
• Provide training on ER matters for managers, HR teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (CEFR, C2)
• Knowledge of employment law.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Run security audits, identifying security loopholes and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of security strategies.
• Perform internal vulnerability testing, uncovering any weaknesses in the systems and implementing countermeasures to ensure the integrity of all data.
• Identify company-wide security challenges. Design and implement solutions to strengthen protection and streamline security practices across IT and infrastructure areas.
• Collaborate closely with privacy experts to ensure the most robust and complete privacy compliance strategy possible, and to translate regulations into tech implementations.
• Stay up to date with security trends and threats. Share knowledge with Spooners to ensure data protection best practices and help foster a security-focused culture across the company.

Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.

¿Quiénes somos?

En Star1Rocket transformamos el sector residencial a través de un modelo que integra inversión, arquitectura, ejecución y postventa. Desde Arctempus, nuestro estudio técnico, nos aseguramos de que cada vivienda entregada no solo cumpla con los estándares más altos, sino que también cuente con el respaldo legal, técnico y documental necesario para proteger a nuestros clientes y a la empresa.

¿Qué buscamos?

Alguien responsable de gestionar las garantías técnicas de los elementos instalados en las viviendas (carpintería, grifería, climatización, etc.) y de tramitar los seguros relacionados con la obra y la postventa (decenal, trienal, RC…). Darás soporte técnico, documental y legal tanto al equipo de postventa como al jurídico, asegurando que los procesos estén bien trazados y alineados con la normativa vigente.

¿Qué harás?

• Mantener y controlar la documentación de garantías técnicas.
• Tramitar reclamaciones con fabricantes e instaladores subcontratados.
• Verificar coberturas (legal, decenal, comercial) y plazos.
• Tramitar siniestros con aseguradoras: coordinación de peritajes, seguimiento de indemnizaciones o reparaciones.
• Apoyar al área jurídica en la recopilación técnica ante incidencias o reclamaciones.
• Dar soporte al equipo de postventa en casos complejos o conflictivos.
• Participar en el cierre documental del proyecto (activación de pólizas, entrega de garantías, etc.).
  
  

Requisitos

• Formación técnica en edificación, arquitectura técnica, ingeniería o derecho de la construcción.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en promotoras, constructoras o aseguradoras del sector.
• Dominio de garantías legales y técnicas (LOE, Código Civil).
• Conocimiento práctico de seguros de construcción.
• Manejo fluido de Excel, sistemas de gestión documental, CRM o ERP.
• Capacidad para leer planos, informes técnicos y boletines de instalación.

• Cursos o especializaciones en seguros técnicos, control de calidad o postventa.
