We're looking for a Lead DevOps Software Engineer to bridge full-stack software development with infrastructure-level systems engineering.

Descripción
Limpieza de datos:
- Identificar los objetos de datos relevantes y comprender su importancia para procesos empresariales específicos tras la formación inicial de consultores de TI y responsables de procesos.
- Desarrollar y definir reglas de limpieza específicas para los objetos de datos seleccionados con el fin de garantizar la precisión y coherencia de los datos.
- Formar, orientar, apoyar y coordinar a los administradores de datos locales (LDS) en la ejecución de actividades de limpieza de datos para promover una gestión de datos eficiente y uniforme.
- Solicitar y analizar las exportaciones de datos maestros de referencia (por ejemplo, S2M) para respaldar la definición del alcance y facilitar el análisis detallado de los datos.
- Realizar un seguimiento continuo de los datos maestros relacionados con la gestión de calidad mediante procesos automatizados para detectar desviaciones y mantener los estándares de calidad de los datos.
- Documentar todas las actividades de limpieza y los resultados para garantizar la transparencia y la trazabilidad.
Creación de datos:
- Profundizar en la comprensión de las plantillas de carga de datos tras la formación inicial para comprender plenamente sus requisitos.
- Formar, orientar y apoyar a los LDS en la cumplimentación precisa de las plantillas, proporcionando controles periódicos para resolver dudas y aclaraciones.
- Validar las plantillas de datos cumplimentadas antes de enviarlas al departamento de TI y a terceros externos para su carga, con el fin de detectar errores de forma temprana.
- Después de la carga de datos, trabajar con LDS para realizar comprobaciones de calidad de los datos, documentar las discrepancias e iniciar las correcciones necesarias.
- Asegurarse de que los datos cumplen con los estándares y están listos para su carga, manteniendo una alta calidad durante todo el proceso.
Migración de datos:
- Participar en talleres de migración para definir las reglas de mapeo y los criterios de selección para la transferencia de datos.
- Crear mapeos y transformaciones para permitir una migración de datos fluida a los sistemas de destino.
- Formar, apoyar y coordinar a los LDS (administradores de datos locales) durante las actividades de migración, respondiendo a preguntas y resolviendo problemas con rapidez.
- Colaborar estrechamente con las partes interesadas, incluidos los LDS, TI, gestión de proyectos, gobernanza de datos y la comunidad GDS (gestores de datos globales) para alinear las estrategias de migración.
- Realizar comprobaciones de validación previas a la carga para verificar la integridad y corrección de los datos antes de la migración.
- Después de la carga de datos, llevar a cabo validaciones posteriores a la carga y documentar todos los pasos para garantizar la transparencia y facilitar futuras auditorías.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Título universitario en Informática, Informática Empresarial, Gestión de Procesos o una titulación comparable.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia profesional.
- Experiencia demostrable en la utilización de Power BI y cuadros de mando.
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión y análisis de datos.
- Conocimientos sólidos en SQL. Gestión de Bases de datos: diseño y normalización de BBDD en Microsoft Fabric, realización y optimización de consultas avanzadas en SQL, integración de datos (procesos ETL desde diferentes BBDD.
- Experiencia en gestión de datos, limpieza de datos y proyectos de migración, idealmente en entorno SAP.
- Sólido conocimiento de los procesos de datos maestros y su impacto en el negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de grupos de interés. Flexibilidad y disposición para colaborar interculturalmente y viajar si es necesario.
- Mentalidad analítica con capacidad para la resolución de problemas.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de los estándares globales de datos.
- Inglés: B2 - C1.
