Are you a natural closer, driven by results and motivated by the thrill of the sale? Tired of drowning in admin when you just want to get out there and sell?

At Leigh´s Estates, we do things differently. We’ve streamlined our processes, minimised paperwork, and built a support structure that lets you focus on what really matters — listing properties, closing deals, and making clients happy. 

We are looking for a talented Sales and Listings Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication, strong time management and negotiation skills, with a drive to succeed. Bilingual in English and Spanish, any additional language is advantageous. 

This is a full-time, employed position with a 40-hour indefinite contract. You'll receive a great salary, plus uncapped commission on sales. A company car for use during work hours, with petrol all paid for and a company phone. You'll already have a good knowledge of the Orihuela Costa.
