About The Role

We are seeking a

highly analytical and detail-oriented Linguistics Expert

to support

AI model training initiatives

and

linguistic content creation

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong academic background in

linguistics

and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication.

You will play a critical role in developing and improving

large language models (LLMs)

and

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

systems by curating, annotating, and evaluating high-quality linguistic data.

Job Title

Linguistics Expert – AI Training & Content Writing

Spain | ? Spanish

Experience Level

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Linguistics or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit linguistically rich content (grammar guides, syntactic analysis, usage explanations, NLP examples).

Identify and resolve issues related to

ambiguity, bias, and grammatical accuracy

Perform

quality assurance (QA)

on model outputs (fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and linguistic appropriateness).

Annotate linguistic datasets with

syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic labels

Conduct linguistic research and summarize findings for internal teams.

Evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues from a linguistic perspective.

Requirements

Strong understanding of

linguistic theory and language structure

Experience (preferred) In One Or More Of The Following

Computational linguistics

Corpus analysis

Linguistic data annotation

LLM training

Excellent

writing, editing, and communication

skills.

Strong interest in

AI, technology, and advanced linguistic applications
