We're a rapidly expanding camper van lifestyle brand, celebrated for our design-forward textile-rich and accessory products. As an Industrial Product Designer here, you'll be the creative force behind our physical goods, transforming concepts into stunning, functional havens that embody our brand's unique style. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Product Development Manager, taking the reins from ideation to production. Key Responsibilities:
Product Development
- Execute brand aesthetics and values into innovative physical product concepts for for campervan accessories
- Prepare clear and well-documented product specification sheets, ensuring all design elements, materials, and dimensions are precisely captured
- Develop clear and comprehensive visual product mockups, detailed design renders, and layout directions that articulate material, form, and branding
- Manage development timelines and maintain detailed product trackers, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Communicate directly with Chinese factories via WeChat/email to request quotes, clarify specs, and follow up on sampling. This requires working a schedule that overlaps with China business hours
- Handle supplier-side price negotiation (when sourcing agents are not used)
- Work closely with our sourcing agents to align on timelines, costs, and revisions
- Understand how to simplify English and technical descriptions for overseas suppliers
- Lead packaging concept development (boxes, tags, printed pouches, labels, instructions)
- Prepare specifications for size, materials, printing placement, and branding alignment
- Collaborate with sourcing and branding team for marketing and QC

- Textile and soft goods product development
- Supplier communication (especially with Chinese factories)

- Packaging and box design
- OEM development and sampling cycles

- Efficiency and time management
- Fast and organized: You work quickly and cleanly, with clear outputs and version control
- Visually aware: You understand color, proportion, and how a product should look — not just how it works
- Communicates clearly and proactively: You keep updates moving, ask questions early, and keep things unblocked
- Brand-sensitive: You understand how to align visuals and materials with a female-forward, lifestyle-focused brand
- Growth-minded: You want to lead — not just execute. You're aiming to become our next Product Development Manager
